The cutest toy shop we have visited.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Very clean and wonderfully laid out.
Lots of wooden toys, retro toys, books and much more
Even Santa was there!
This really Is a treasure trove.
Some short stay parking spaces near by.

The Toybox, is not just an ordinary toy shop it's a lot more than that. One of best ever toy shop we have ever been. Full of surprises which you can spoil your children or gift for loved ones. It's just by historical Telford's Ironbridge. The lady behind the counter was absolutely lovely welcomes every customer with smile. I loved this place and I'll visit it again.

We stumbled across this toy shop and so glad we did! The most beautiful toy shop I've been to, full of absolutely gorgeous wooden toys - we were spoilt for choice! I'd say it's much more than a shop and we spent ages exploring, there was even a room for books with bean bags to sit on. The woman in the shop was lovely and we were made to feel really welcome, our little girl had lots of attention and absolutely loved it!

It's a real joy to see a shop trying to be different and authentic and putting a smile on children of all ages (ahem!) Faces. And what particularly impressed me was the Elf Service option!

We went to see Santa Claus today at The ToyBox. I can not in any words express enough how magicial it was and how amazing Santa was. My daughter is 1 years old and gets upset at anyone thats not me or her dad. Santa was so calm, patient, gentle and just overall amazing.
I wish I could go back and personally thank him for just being so amazing. My daughter is obsessed with ducks and he pulled out from his bag a duck teddy! The look on my daughters face.

What a delightful shop. Full of beautiful wooden sustainable toys for all ages. Lots of amazing brands sold here which you can only buy online so it’s great to be able to physically see what you’re buying in a shop for once. I loved this shop so much we went twice in one week. Bought my daughter some beautiful toys and will continue to support this business through online purchases when I return to London. Very friendly family run business - 5 stars from me.

Beautiful colourful roomy shop. You won't find a more charming toy shop anywhere! They have lots of beautiful wooden toys and I recently bought the most lovely wooden Noah's ark for my niece. The staff are really lovely and the prices are very reasonable. I collected the next day because I had visitors with me and was in a hurry and they had it all ready and packed up for me. Thank you Toy Box!!

Really lovely experience today. Father Christmas and the elf were really friendly and the shop is beautifully decorated. This will be an annual treat for us I think. The toys are beautiful so we'll save our pennies for next year! Thank you

Took the kids to see Father Christmas here. Usually we would take them to a busier venue near home, which costs more than what we paid here. I think it's rather drive the 2 hours from home just to see this santa again. It was so personal, sat in a lovely homely living room in the back of a nice toy shop, where we had a good 10 minute visit. It wasn't too expensive, and the present was nearly worth the cost of the ticket too.

Fell in love with this beautiful toy shop last week, bought a few items for our granddaughter. Great toys and service from a lovely young man whose parents own the shop. After a misunderstanding on my part I am changing my previous two star review to five stars.. Toy perfection.

What a beautiful shop! Full of gorgeous sustainable toys from Pirates and Princesses to Dragon's and Dolls along with books, science toys and a multitude of other fantastic surprises.
If you're in Ironbridge it's a must.
A 5 star shop in a 5 star setting.

Visited Santa today, kids really loved it brilliant Santa very patient and very realistic. Lovely little toy shop,also really sweet local shops and cafes and the nearest car park has decent toilets/baby changing etc (we travelled to come here after reading other reviews,definitely worth it!). We will be back!

The best toy shop I've ever visited. Children welcome to play. Lots of unusual toys to stimulate imagination. No plastic junk.

An amazing shop with a wide variety of beautiful and educational toys and activities. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable shop owner too. Worth going out of your way for if you don't live nearby.

What a gem, fabulous selection of good quality toys, something a bit different. A fabulous book selection. Well worth a visit.
