I go here all the time, the guys behind the tills are great, not once been rude to me or anyone I know, good shop

Absolutely AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. Such a horrible experience collecting parcels here, rude beyond belief, belittling, felt extremely uncomfortable and their evri phone thing never works so always have to ‘come back later’ to get hold of my parcels. Don’t get anything delivered here, man had a go at me bc it’s my fault I got something delivered there but I’m out all day and they provide a service for this reason???

So rude, and seem to think that those using them as an evri drop off aren't customers! It's still a service customers pay for.

Avoid at all costs!! Man behind the till is unbelievably rude and aggressive, he actually shouted at me when I asked if I could collect my parcel. I’d give one star if I could. Will never get my parcels delivered here again.

The owner/guy who works there is very rude, makes sending/receiving Evri parcels very tricky and an unpleasant experience. I will no only order my Evri parcels to other parcel shops as a result.

As a regular, the man behind the till ignores you and is incredibly rude. Multiple times I have been to drop off parcels and they have rejected it or been entirely unhelpful. Once he rejected me for being 1 minute late.
General garbage inside

Used drop-off services for Evri. Needed a little help as first time there. Staff (man) with horrible attitude, showing his anger, rude, raised voice at me. Very unpleasant experience. Will not use anymore for any reason and seems it's what that man wanted to achieve.
Avoid!!!

Rude staff! Refused to take a parcel I had selected for Evri drop off even though they advertise themselves as a drop off location and the interaction I had with the server was very unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all!

Avoid at all cost, Unless u wanna deal with till operator woman who don't speak English and not willing to help.
