Visited in run up to Christmas. Just want to say a massive thank you to Steve (Deputy Manager) who sorted me some Guinness out when shelves were empty....what a legend! Keep up the great work, I shop here every week, and the quality is excellent along with the people who make it. Many thanks again. 👍

I visited Sainsbury on dated: 17-02-24 at 16:30! It's very clean and tidy. Everything's are properly arranged. I have been served on tell who give me a good customer service. All the staff members are good. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up!

Great service on the help desk recently. I was returning school clothes as the items were too small, I’d lost my receipt and I also told the lady I was over the 30 day return window. I was hoping I could exchange as without a receipt I thought I couldn’t get a refund, wasn’t even sure I’d be allowed to exchange. Lady was fab, she found my transaction via my nectar card and gave me a refund back onto my card. Was not expecting that, thank you 😊

I use to always shop at Asda but seen Sainburys add on TV I thought give it ago, was amazed buy the quality, choice and freshness, very well stocked shelves and staff are brilliant, ample parking and charging points , on my first shop there I saved £20 compared to Asda and got all I normally buy , won't be shopping any where else in future , unable to register a nectar card online

The staff were very helpful in helping ma select, purchase and carry to my car a new microwave oven. Excellent product and customer service.

I'd just like to express my thanks to the wonderful staff at my Leicester store. I'd left my wallet at the self check out. On going back the wallet had been handed in and securely saved. Such friendly competent staff.

Easy to navigate and the hot chocolate in the cafe was amazing, plus some great sales. Worth a visit.

Has got a number of ultra rapid EV car chargers (not all have been commissioned at time of writing)

More great offers from Sainsbury’s I had to get and freeze them! The cost of a new freezer for the offers left me spending more but it will pay off in time

Beautifully laid out, very impressed with the lighting, many facilities all under one roof.
A busy store, but you don't feel rushed, down to the staff

Superbly neat place, and everything is arranged and stacked in a manner which is very helpful to locate the needed things very easily. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. I would visit this super market time and again.

Easy to get too, nicely set out supermarket with plenty of tills to get you through, the carpark is reasonably big and the petrol station is easy to navigate to.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the staff and options on food choices. Went in with my daughter & granddaughter, impressed there was a bite size breakfast suitable for a toddler and easy grip cutlery.
It’s little things like this that make all the difference.

It's ok for shopping and good simple food in cafe. Lt timpsons and Specsavers in the shop. The café is on the first floor with a left for people who need it. You can get your foreign money 💰

My go to Sainsbury's!Very clean and loads of products to choose from with some good discounts at nectar prices!They have a Argos inside too.

Only think is you don't find mobile service inside. They should really consider giving free wifi like Tesco

Large supermarket with many shops departments and services including tuition for kids. Meal deal is great value.

Every large store. Large range of children's toys at reduced prices, some with as much as £20 off. Nice cuppa in the cafe.

My store of choice despite it being a 25mins (12 miles) journey, as it is a large store with an extensive range of goods including fuel, Argos & cafe.
