I bought an ELUX legend pro disposable vape from here last Friday 3500 puffs
And after 3 days it started tasting burnt , went into shop today , where I normally go 3-4 times a week and spend £10 average each time , and told the guy behind counter about it , only to be told I need to contact manufacturer as he can’t guarantee 3500 puffs , so I have a question why are you charging £15 for a vape that sells for £10 at other shops and your selling it as a 3500 disposable vape , but quite clearly it’s an
Absolute disgrace , an elf lasts nearly 2 days 600 puffs , so why did this burn out after 3 days let’s say maximum 1500 vapes , the guy point blank refused any kind of refund and told me to contact China , looked on website no telephone number or customer services e mail , what an absolute lack of customer service/care , needless to say I 100% WONT be going to this shop EVER again , it’s just a big big scam with nobody taking responsibility of the product that CLOUDS VAPE sell as a 3500 vape , I’ll be contacting trading standards as this should not be allowed to happen £15 is a lot of money , and this guy wasn’t bothered at all
Absolutely disgusting avoid this shop at all costs , as they don’t give two hoots about the customer at all
