We bought and had fitted our stove by Glowing Embers. From our first visit to the store Mark and the team made every effort to make sure we had the right fire for us. The installation happened in a time scale that suited us and the attention to detail Mark puts in was first class. Amazing product and service. We purchased a log fire and log store. It looks amazing. Everything we ever wanted. Mark (the company director) personally surveyed and provide us with a quote. Fitting was seamless, with minimal disruption. Him and his colleague were friendly, knowledgable and very tidy workers. I’m so happy with my purchase, aftercare has been spot on too, with my additional questions. Highly recommend.
