Hobbycraft Swansea

I love it here. There are so many different crafts to get supplies for and everything changes ahead of each season so you can prepare items for selling ahead of time.

The staff have been really lovely every single time I come here. Can't fault them at all. I was here last week and there was only one person infront of me in the queue but a member of staff saw me waiting and jumped on the second till anyway.

Everything you could need for arts and crafts also some cooking items that are worth checking out for Halloween, Easter etc

William was our sales assistant. He was exceptional. My daughter choose flowers and they were more expensive than she thought...William took the time to double check the pricing from the shelf and helped her find a cheaper option she could afford for her school project.

Searched for ages for velvet ribbon but finally found it in a box, on the floor in the front of the store, not far from the tills.
Be aware when looking for velvet ribbon. It is not with all the other ribbon, where it should be. I asked a member of staff and even they didn't know where it was. My Daughter found it.

Excellent range of stock. Super helpful and friendly staff. Car parking very convenient, though a bit cramped so take care and avoid busy times!

It's ok, but expensive, especially if you pick up things you didn't really want

I absolutely love this shop, if you need anything to do your arts and crafts, special items for cooking, materials, wool etc, the list is endless, they have most of the items here, they have a brilliant website, this shop is well worth a visit, you will see things you didn't know you wanted lol.

Plenty of items, some can be pricey. Losts of seasonal stock.

Absolutely wonderful shop .so much stock and choice. Clean and tidy.even a lift for use of customers.could spend hours just looking around.

A shop for all the craft things that anyone would ever.. Is a place where my grandchildren love to go to but very expensive. But in a area with lots of shops around like marks and Spencer's. public houses I'm most important at the moment. free parking .

They have everything I need for my drawing (graphic design) and crafting.
If they're out of stock it usually comes in within a couple of days.
