We are delighted with our new bathrooms. The team at Worcester City Bathrooms are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
Our fitters, Grant and Ben, were absolutely first class from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so tidy throughout. They really care about making the whole process as simple as possible.
We now have 3 stunning new bathrooms!

Excellent service and quality work.

Leonie guided us through the design process, helping us find the best layout, styles, colours and tiles. We were able to see a 3D render of the bathroom before we decided to go ahead with the order.

The work was carried out by Micky, who is efficient, tidy and did a great job. We took photos at the end of each day to show the progress. You can see how quickly the whole bathroom came together and how it was left clean at the end of each day.

We are delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend them to friends and families!

Really nice people to deal with. Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The showroom is lovely too, it’s so helpful to see the products in situ. Leonie helped me with the design and choosing the fittings, she knows the products very well! The fitters, Grant and Ben were brilliant. They worked really hard and did a great job, and I was also very impressed that they cleaned up every day before leaving. I love my new bathroom, it looks fantastic. Thank you all so much!

We had our bathroom totally renovated last week and we are extremely happy with the results. All products were purchased through Worcester City Bathrooms and it was lovely to be given the time to pick exactly what we wanted from the vast selection in the showroom. The fitters Andy and Taylor from Hinton & King Property services were brilliant, they went above and beyond to ensure all the pipework was rerouted under the floorboards to utilise the maximum amount of space. The standard of the finish was exceptional and they always made sure the house was left tidy at the end of each day. The result is we now have a bathroom we can be proud of. Thank you to all involved.

Leonie has an excellent knowledge of the products that are on display in the showroom. We are very happy with all the items we chose for our en suite. Harry and Brett did a brilliant job of fitting the bathroom, going the extra mile to make sure all was good with the end result. Absolutely love the bathroom.

We recently had a new Bathroom fitted by Grant and Ben on behalf of Worcester City Bathrooms and from start to finish the process was professional and accommodating to all our needs and the results are out of this world .
The showroom experience was perfect and our whole bathroom chosen in just two visits and swiftly ordered .

Visited the show room for the first time today and was blown away with the place. Great to have parking out front and space to walk around the different displays, all staff were really helpful too. I'll be back with the wife!

Great professional help from the team, from the moment we entered the wonderful showroom to the completion of our new bathroom. The showroom is excellent with lovely displays which really helped choosing products. Leonie in particular was very informative and kept us informed every step of the way, she is a credit to the company. We went in with a budget and she helped us stick to it. Dave, our fitter was excellent and has fitted the bathroom to a high standard. He was exceptionally clean and tidy and again kept us informed of his plans each day. Would definitely recommend.

When I first arrived at the showroom, Leonie was incredibly helpful and patient with helping me choose the first bathroom I've ever had installed. Nice and simple communication throughout from the whole team. Installers Andy and Taylor were good chaps who had to get around a few interesting problems that my house threw at them. Bathroom looks great and professionally finished. I will use them again should I ever decide my other bathroom needs doing!

The whole process from choosing the bathroom furniture to the installation was very professional. Leonie helped us with choosing the furniture and was very patient and courteous and not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Taylor who fitted the bathroom. They fixed any problems that they came across and even fixed our loft light for us! l I would definitely recommend Worcester City Plumbing if you require a new bathroom.

Had our family bathroom designed, planned and installed by Worcester City Plumbing. Leoni was really helpful throughout the planning and design phase and gave us a decent amount of time to run through our ideas, colour schemes and must haves. Our bathroom was installed by Andy Hinton and Harry. Both were with us for around nine days, they were superb in their execution. The gents were thorough, clean and meticulous in their delivery. Really pleased with the final results and with the bathroom we now have.
