Must say this shop is superb..a lovely array of items and really helpful staff. Gillian has been our go-to whenever we buy paint. Shes super friendly and insightful when suggesting colour ideas. We love our kitchen colour she recommended! Over a bank holiday weekend we were in a bind trying to get the paint we needed and she went out of her way to make sure we got it. We've been back several times now and would highly recommend as staff are very kind and helpful.

Everything you need for DIY staff are very helpful

Wide selection, and proper old-fashioned service. For instance, recently, I bought a large item. On opening the box, some parts had not been included by the manufacturer.

Now, we all know what normally happens in such instances. The standard modern "customer service experience" would be to divert you to half a dozen witless juniors reading off a script, none of who are allowed to do anything (even if they wanted to do anything), and at least some of who would insinuate that you must have lost the items concerned, before telling you to contact the manufacturer, and then sending you some dopey web survey asking you if you were pleased with their “service”.

However, in this case, I e-mailed the store on Sunday night. They called me at 9am on Monday; they contacted the manufacturer; and they had the part in store later that same day; and they rang me back when they got it. No delays, no messing. Brilliant.

Great shop we stumbled across a few years ago and always worth a visit when we're in Fermanagh. There are some lovely items for sale as well as the useful ones. Definitely recommend.
