Homebase - Worcester Blackpole

There isn't a homebase near me but when I visit my daughter in Worcester anytime near Christmas I love to go in and see what Christmas "toys" they have. A snowman the first year a family of reindeer the second year and now Santa and the gingerbread men. They all sing a different Christmas carol too

Excellent service from the whole team at Homebase Blackpole today. Staff were really helpful and made buying our new dining table a breeze. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service including helping us carry it to the car. Thank you!

Recently refurbished DIY store which includes Bathstore, Denby & Bedeck as instore concessions. Good selection of items and reasonable prices, large amount of storage and homewares along with good kitchen and bathroom displays. All you need for home and garden.

I recently visited Homebase, a store specializing in DIY and home improvement products. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the size and layout of the store. The aisles were well organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their knowledge and expertise in the products they were selling. They were able to answer any questions I had and offer recommendations for products that would suit my needs.

One thing that stood out to me was the selection of products available at Homebase. They had a wide range of products for all types of home improvement projects, from paint and wallpaper to power tools and gardening equipment. The pricing was reasonable, and I felt that the products were of good quality.

I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase larger items, such as furniture and appliances, at the store. The staff were able to assist with loading the items onto my vehicle, making the process seamless.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Homebase. The store was well organized, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of products was impressive. I would certainly consider returning for any future home improvement needs.

What a difference! The store looked clean tidy and inspirational just in time for spring. Amazing amount of colour and some great offers on paint and gardening just in time for Easter. The team appeared friendly and helpful and offered help

Lovely shop but I can never find a shop assistant for help

Really helpful friendly staff who helped me find something in store that was not even advertised online.
I think these days we are so used to looking online & forget the real shops & popping in to see if they can help.

For all your DIY needs it has it all and always in stock fairly big store and garden area with plants and flowers and situated in a retail park with plenty other shops around and parking

We went in and talked to michelle about what we wanted for our kitchen but we were not sure what would work well in the little space. and she came up with the perfect design!
She is so friendly as well, would recommend highly.

Brilliant service Charlotte. Phoned about a hedge trimmer which I couldn't purchase online. She put it to one side for me to collect. I wish all shops had staff like this.

Went in this morning Has everything We were looking for in stock. Great choice and very welcoming store Plenty of parking and flat easy access to the store . All necassary steps has been taken to protect as all from coronavirus. Well done Homebase

Went into Homebase today unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed but I was heavily pleased due to the fact there was a lovely young lady on the till by the name of Paisley she assured me the stock of the item I was after would be replenished in a few day and recommend me to do a click and collect when the stock came in to save me the hassle of walking around to find the item still wasn’t in stock Thankyou Paisley

Keeping to government guidelines, they have masks and sanitiser to use, great deals and great store. Clean customer toilets too! Free parking
