I recently purchased a P&H sea kayak through NEK and found a fault with where the holes were drilled, also the colour looked completely different to how I’d seen it online. Every single email was replied to promptly and politely with either a call or email from Ronnie. After a week or so the kayak was replaced for a different colour which I was happy with, plus all seems to be good with the drilled holes (although I’ve not been well for the last few weeks so haven’t had a chance to use it yet).

These guys are a pleasure to deal with and I will be sure to use them as a first resort for any gear I need in the future. I don’t think I would buy a P&H kayak in the future because I don’t think the quality is great but I will add a review on for them at some point.

Great throughout - took advice from them on kayak purchase in 2021, and again for a roof rack for the kayak recently. Had some minor parts break over the last year and they were very helpful in sourcing replacements.

Excellent watersports shop! I’ve ordered numerous things here now, including a Nookie drysuit; the staff are so helpful via email answering questions and sharing their views, and the items always shop really quickly.

Great place to stock up on all the gear you need. I ordered some new rope and cord for my anchor system and its great stuff.

I bought a cag and some other items from North East kayaks today! Great service especially when I phoned and a team member (Ronnie I believe) helped me through card issues and reassured me that the items would arrive in time for a paddling trip! Last night i ordered hip pads for a 15 year old kayak. This morning they arrived. I honestly don't know how you did that unless free postage includes a motorcycle courier. Theres an amazon depot 1 mile down the road and they cant get stuff here that quickly. Really impressed, i’ll be back.

Excellent customer service! The kayak that I ordered wasn't in stock, but after a quick conversation with them we were able to get something figured out. The boat arrived very quick and well packed.
I was guided through which gear I might need and which sizes I should order which I found extremely helpful, much better than trying to figure it out on my own.
I would 100% recommend Northeast Kayaks!

I recently purchased a sit on top kayak from NEK and were really happy with the purchase.

My original choice were unavailable as the factory were not currently producing, however Ronnie contacted me and was really helpful in offering an alternative boat.

We received the factory second islander kayak and were over the moon with it. The store even changed the originally ordered paddle for something more suited to the new wider kayak. It all showed up really quick and in perfect condition.

It were honestly a pleasure to deal with these guys and the personal responses and hands on service puts them head and shoulders over other companies I contacted.

We will definitely use them again!

Excellent service - had the kayak I wanted in stock when others didn't and as luck would have it Jon was doing a delivery in my area in the next 48 hours so one happy paddler got his new boat in time for the weekend and at the best price available, along with a few other bits I decided to order at the same time.
