New electronic catalogue system saves paper and faff, I was able to instantly find the size and style of Dewalt steel toe cap boots for my warehouse job. They stock top brands like Dewalt, Makita etc I have kitted out a carpentry tool kit of hand tools from here based on college knowledge, every tool gets used, it will make your DIY or trade a smoother experience and save time

Text messages keep you informed about your orders. Invoices can be emailed. Long opening hours to suit the trade. Prices are competitive and returns are "no quibble". Ample parking outside and good customer service. The app is easy to use for click and collect.

Catalogue is well laid out and easy to find stuff. Good supply of little pencils to fill out your forms with (unlike some other pencil based sites). Opening hours are really helpful as I normally find out that I need something far to late into the task but always just before they shut. The atmosphere is always jovial with the staff having a laugh and taking the wet out of the manager normally for one thing or another.

Excellent customer service very helpful lady served me informing me that my office could pay by the direct number out of the catalogue so I could collect straight away which was very helpful all items in stock very pleased with the transaction highly recommend this branch.

This was first time I have been to scewfix . I was very inspired with with this place because I have been selling DIY at a lot markets and there prices are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful which found that very good.

Very good, much improved service and stock levels. Used to get lots of errors but not recently. Parking can be a problem but thats because its popular.

On the way back from vets had a call about leaking sink, rushed in and staff were Super helpful that allowed me in with my dog. Great price and item did the job.
