Staff are very friendly the only problem is when I brought a pencil case the zip didn't work properly. Apart from that amazing

Just spent £93 on Xmas presents and not one of the price stickers came off in one go and most have left a residue. I'm absolutely mad, I've some lovely books that I'm too scared to start removing the stickers
It's about time retailers put some care and consideration when pricing.

It's a Works, what more to say? Junk piled high all coming from China. You never know you needed it until you went in...

Prices are reasonable but the staff can be quite rude
