B&Q Uttoxeter

Went in for some screws for a project with some idea what I wanted but was overwhelmed with the amount of different screws so i ask a guy for advice. He didn't just point the the right screws he genuinely took an interest, explained the different screws and why they would be best and asked what they were for, he even picked out the box after asking how many I needed. Couldn't of asked for better customer service, gutted I didn't get his name but was about half 1 today I visited the store.

Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help me with registering for a card and spent at least half an hour sorting my problem put. I learnt a lot about my phone too!

I popped into the store yesterday early evening and a staff assisted me called Lindsey (i believe is the spelling) and she couldn’t of done more for me. i was looking for a certain tree drum, and she rang other stores, tried other websites, and other shops, she went out of her way to assist me. 5* and more.

Helpful staff, I went to buy a hose pipe with fitments and had everything I wanted (and more) . Lovely selection of plants and flowers.

Very helpful, polite staff, nothing to much trouble. Competitive prices and in my opinion value for money. They stock value range, medium range and high end products to suit every budget. They have some great soft furnishings too and can be a bargain. I go there for all my decorating needs.

I love this place. It's got everything that you need for your DIY and a lot more. I do recommend.

Always loved this outlet but when I went on Tuesday I was really disappointed when I got to the checkout I found it was self service,I really didn’t like it,I liked having a laugh and a joke with the people on the till

Very satisfied, got what we wanted.Bought quite a few shrubs at half price plus we are Diamond card holders so even more money off.Very pleased.

I am not a fan of B&Q normally but the staff here are pleasant and helpful. For that reason they will have my business whenever possible. Retailers everywhere should take note that if they offered this level of service customers who normally buy online will be tempted back into shops. 😊😊😊😊😊

Easy store to use, wheelchair friendly. Lots of stock.

Service is great here better than any large store. Nothing too much trouble

For a small store they have got most of what you want and if not can get it for you.
The staff are very helpful.

Great local store. May not have the choice of the bigger stores but most stuff needed is here.

Staff helpful and finding many prices now cheaper than some of the big leading biulders merchants.

Friendly helpful staff. Had stock other stores didn't have (online helped track down what I wanted and where)

Went for batteries,came away with 2 bags of decorative pink stone which we had been looking for for ages,job done.

2 visits purchased items to tidy the garden then returned to purchased a karcher jet wash, only down side I'm still waiting for my voucher after joining the B&Q club
