Thanks to Lisa for her genuine care and excellent customer service I witnessed when she served my Mother. The rapport was genuine and friendly and helpful. As my 80 year old Mum was widowed at the end of last year Lisa's genuine friendliness and acknowledgement to Mum as if she knew her as a friend was heart warming and professional and as I live abroad and can only visit every few months it was superb to witness Lisa's five star customer service treatment she gave my Mum. An absolute credit to your uttoxeter store !

My best experience in Tesco supermarkets, great product disposition, and great service, especially the attendant Becca, who received me at the store and seeing that there were no products for display, went to the stock to check and get the product.

Absolutely brilliant service from Carolyn and the customer service team today. I shredded a receipt for clothing by mistake. I needed to return items and in no time Carolyn found the receipt on the system, printed it off and left it at the customer service desk for the lovely ladies there to issue a refund. Thank you all so much your help was really appreciated. 👏👏👏

Good range of product and nice staff

My wife and I bought a new phone today. The young man who served us was brilliant, he was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset, will ring later to ensure he gets the positive feedback as most only like to leave negative. Thanks again

Patricia was amazing in customer service, really went above and beyond to help my partner with a terrible rush day, made his day and helped him out, deserves a massive raise she was AMAZING.

Always a pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff. Recently I had to hook up my little dog outside briefly and Janitor offered to keep an eye on him while she was working outside which she was still doing when I returned. A clean an tidy store , well stocked and good pharmacy. Bonus is the great Costa coffee!

A place where you can buy groceries, clothes, electronic, all at one place. The prices are really economical. It will be beneficial to have a clubcard as tesco does a lot of offers which makes costs almost half. Every pound you spend you get 1 point which adds up to £1 when you collect 100 points.

Thank you to the lovely carol at 6:30 in the morning, who was a life saver opening the make-up early so I could get to the wedding on time.

I was standing at the check out and i started to feel faint and dizzy all of a sudden I couldn't see and the Tesco staff were quick to act they asked how I was feeling and let me have a seat I explained that I am pregnant, a lovely young lady who is a student midwife went to get my partner who was waiting outside for me and the staff stayed with me untill the dizyness passed
They helped me and for that I am thankful

Two ladies in the Petrol station offered a fab service, going the extra mile. On Sunday 27.01.13 at 20:10. Thank you so much. Employ more staff like these.

Even better than normal, as a very kind assistant realised I had left my new bank card in the machine and promptly followed me out into the car park and returned it, thank you so very much to the young man on the self serve check outs.

Staff really helpful, visited with my disabled father in a wheelchair which was provided and asked several staff members where different items were sited. Nothing was too much trouble.
