Went in for some boxes and aryane served me at the tills, she was ready to help as I requested something, she did so with a big lovely smile which is so hard to find these days in customer service. Super friendly and kind, really an asset to the team! Thank you Aryane, it was a pleasure to have been served by you! The manager was nice too. All and all good service on that day!

Staff always helpful! We mostly went. In for a coffee, etc. The cheese scones are to die for, they are simply the best I've ever tasted, anywhere!!

Good quality products for reasonable prices. You can find everything fornyou house. We had a tea and scone with cream alsi in the cafeteria. So perfect!

Huge selection of stock and great prices, I needed wallpaper & supplies which were much cheaper than B&Q.

A great variety of stock for the household and a super cafe with reasonable prices.

Extensive stock on two floors (with lift for prams/trolleys/wheelchairs etc). Has a cafe too.

I love Dunelm a very good place to visit. It has all sorts of stuff you name it. I always go there for their superb quality bedding and flowers. I love flowers. I would recommend anyone to go and have a look I promise you will come out with something

Love this store. Everything you need for the home. Bought two new shades for bedside lamps, two huge throws for the suites, several mugs, and a gorgeous koala hot water bottle for my granddaughter. They've even got a cafe and had lunch. You just want to look at everything. They have so many bargains.

Excellent stuff, trendy and very comparable in terms of cost

Called in for a rug and was greeted by a helpful staff member who directed me to the correct area. I was assisted by Steven - who I can not praise enough. He was amazing - very helpful & friendly. Explained sizes to me (I needed a size that unfortunately isn't made) offered an alternative size, showed me it down & then carried to the tills & my car boot for me!! Fantastic customer service.

First time ive been and was very impressed with everything

We were helped by competent staff.

My mum was shown the lifts to help her access upstairs.
We were shopping for curtains, there were lots of choices. All the curtains were out on display to be seen and touched.
We easily matched the two sets of curtains to poles and tie backs.

The cafe looked great but we were short on time so will go back

I love this place... plenty of selections available and good prices too my wife spoke to a young man yesterday on the phone who looked for her some curtains he found her the past pair he was a tremendous help and put them away for us to pick up last night what a very very helpful man he was don't know his nane but if he sees this review thank you very much
