I bought a beautiful ten seat table and chairs from Kingsley Smythe at a garden show at the weekend. You can often expect long delivery terms, but lo and behold, today I got a call, suggesting delivery tomorrow. 3 days from purchase to delivery, amazing. You get personal service from this family run business and beautiful furniture to boot, that will last for years to come. Can't wait to entertain my friends.

Last year we purchased a garden furniture set from Laura and the team of lovely people who make up Kingsley Smythe. We continue to be delighted with the furniture, but would also like to mention their outstanding service and attention to the customer.
They have swiftly solved a couple of minor issues in such a way that you'll almost want to find a problem, just so you can experience the otherwise potentially lost art of customer service. We would thoroughly recommend this company and suggest you seek them out at the various shows they attend around the country - including the imminent South of England Show, where we happened upon them.

We ordered an extending 10 seat teak garden table with cushions and a parasol. I've been really impressed with the communication and service. The furniture was due to be delivered within a week but we had to push back the delivery date, which was managed really easily.

The furniture itself is beautiful, good quality and heavily - great value for money.

We decided on impulse to buy new garden furniture. Obviously lots of places were closed due to lockdown, but a google search led us to Kingsley Smythe. We thought not seeing or trying before buying could be a risk, but we had no problems here. A few emails later we had sort of made the decision, then a quick phone call reassured us that we were choosing the right garden set for us! To save hassle, we drove to the warehouse to collect although delivery was an option. The staff were very helpful. It was lovely to deal face to face, whilst maintaining social distance of course.

The quality of our furniture is fantastic. Couldn't have wanted anything better. The 200cm Starburst oval table is great for our needs, and complimented by 2 x two seaters and 2 chairs. Would highly recommend this lovely family run business....wherever you are in the UK!

Lovely to see a family run business with fantastic products. Take no notice of any bad reviews on here it’s quite funny if you click on there name it shows that they must have very sad lives as they constantly give places bad reviews looks like there job is getting money back or free stuff as I can honestly say the shop to there stands at events up and down the country are fantastic with some very niche products at great prices. I had 1 broken item from my garden furniture order which Lesley replaced within 1 day along with a matching bench for free and then Lucy called me and offered me some money back for the inconvenience great service and couldn’t recommend enough see you all soon for my next purchase.

Ordered out 6 seater and extendable table in March which arrived today, had fantastic customer service while we waited on a delivery date which was delayed but no fault of KS.
Table a bit awkward to assemble but overall great value, excellent quality and would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase quality garden furniture.

After some searching and really positive supportive pre sales advice from the Kingsley Smythe team we purchased an extending teak dining table,6 chairs,cushions and a parasol via E Bay.
Luckily for us Kingsley Smythe comfortably beat their conservative delivery deadline and the in house delivery guys were on time and very helpful.
Unfortunately for whatever the reason the parasol did not get included but once pointed out it arrived by courier very quickly.
Product seems first class (early days!) and excellent pre and post sales support

Ordered the garden furniture on the 18th of June. Delivered today which is brilliant, good quality furniture the guys were very professional and assembled the table for us. Would definitely use this company again.

Myself and my husband have Seen Kingsley Smythe at several shows and exhibitions and always take the time to go and say hello following our purchase back in 2016. I have to say this place is amazing . I love my furniture and pics i got from here.... never a time i dont pass the shop and have to stop to go and see the amazing beautiful stuff they have. Amazing quality stuff highly recommended! The staff are polite and helpful and no garden is too big or too small something to fit in every garden and make it feel like "home"
