House of Fraser

Jenners (House of Fraser) store is the first you see when approaching Loch Lomond Shores shopping area from the main car park. Its lobby is also the entrance to beautifully clean toilets. So you are, kind of, drawn into the store itself and it's right that you are. The store is very airy and light with lots of clothing and accessories well laid out. The assistants were pleasant. We bought a couple of unique birthday cards.

Part of Jenners is Café Zest where we had lunch. It didn't have a huge menu but there's all the usual staples - fish, chicken, chips, vegetarian options and hot and cold drinks. The food was delicious - H had the chicken and I had a hot-from-the-frier fish. There's ample seating with great views over the loch.

Nice store with good variety of popular high street brand names, you can find some good discounts on some items, a good search through can find hidden gems .

An unexpected find wife wanted the new Pavers Slip-Ins and shoes for dancing. The assistant was very helpful.

It was pre Covid on our last visit and the look of the place has certainly been updated, the loos are in the same place of course but the journey is a lot better through the department. Staff are still as friendly as ever. I like the re vamp.

Great place to shop and the restaurant is fantastic and they allow dogs .

Always worth a visit whilst at Loch Lomond, various outlets to suit everyone and,of course the views of the Loch and the mountains are beautiful no matter the weather 👍🏴??????

Great place to shop, prices can be high but lots of brand names, pleasant and friendly staff, loads of parking available. Disabled access and toilet facilities and a cafe

I love shopping at Lomond Shores. The staff in Fraser's are always helpful and friendly II bought what I had set out to buy with the assistance from the sales woman. *****

Busy place good shopping and parking. Seems a lot of the stores are closing down though Good view of Ben Lomond. Nice wee markets

We found this a great place to visit . Can be expensive. But bargain buys can be found. A search through the clothes can find hidden gems.
