Great service, really helpful and never an issue.

Staff are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to find the products for you. You can order products online to click and collect or go in store and purchase products. The products are reasonably priced compared to similar companies. They offer a wide range of products that you may not find anywhere else at such a good price.

Been using Screwfix for years. They always have stock, are very friendly and helpful. I rarely go anywhere else these days

I have always loved the way Staff will try their up most to help members of the General public ( non professional) to resolve any issue. Today was no different for me, I had a plumbing problem ( the Doctor couldn't help lol) and as the lovely young lady was trying to sort it for me a regular 'Plumber' customer arrived. Because of the Staffs rapport with customers she was able to ask his advice, which he did willingly. From an Old Bird who is no DIY novice I could not be more grateful. I'll be returning tomorrow with a gift for the young lady and congratulate Screwfix Leek on their whole Team. Thank you Guys and Dolls you're amazing xxx

They could do with a bit more support regards stock. I have had to go to Macc quite a few times because the item I needed isn't in stock at Leek.

First time in there..Bloke sorted me out a box of bolts and a tap and dye set..no hassle all good and a lot cheaper than I expected..

Great service, can't fault it. Plenty of parking space in the car park which for some S'fix sites is a difficulty.
