My flap on my battery charging port had come off. Ordered a new part online and gave them a w call the following day to see when it will ship. Had already been shipped, then the chap on the phone gave me some cracking tips on how to change the cover. Took only a few minutes to change and could of been rather a lot, lot, lot longer Awesome. Thanks again

Great bunch of people. Used them for years. Have since moved out the area but recently had my haibike allmtn serviced by them. Purposely travelled 2hrs up the coast to give them the work

Fantastic people and shop! Just off on holiday and realised my sons bike needed a service, it was last minute (completely my fault) and they were busy, but they did everything they could to get us ready for the trip. 100% use again for all our bike needs.

Excellent friendly family run, well stocked bicycle shop. Great work talking through and figuring out what could be done upgrading my bike then completing the job in good time.

Sam and Mel went above and beyond to help out with a warranty claim even though I didn't purchase the bike from them 👌

I snapped a spoke while touring, and phoned them to see if they had the time and parts to fix it or to replace the wheel. 20km later when we got there it was 4 snapped spokes and play in the hub bearings. They replaced the 9 snapped/damaged spokes and cleaned and regreased the bearings and made me and brother a drink while we waited. They also made a good recommendations for a campsite and where to eat in Aberaeron.

I was looking for an E-Bike and came across Cyclemart's website. I browsed their website and saw that they had a wide range of bikes and I popped into the shop a couple of months ago, and they let me test ride any bike that I chose. I never once felt pressured into buying at all. The staff were very hepfull and friendly and helped me decide which bike I was going to go for. Thanks Guys! Will see you again!

Travelled nearly 2hrs to get here & it was totally worth it! Really well stocked shop & brilliant service & super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff, they really took the time to help me out, can’t wait to go back & highly recommend this shop.

What hidden gem of a shop!! Happened upon it on our way from South Wales to Nant-yr-Arian riding. Gutted to have found it at the end of the month as I could have spent a fortune!

Very friendly, great customer service. I bought a bike for my son's birthday from them and then a new helmet for him for Christmas, they didn't have the style of helmet he wanted (fussy child!) but they went out of their way to source something suitable. I would highly recommend.

Good friendly family service. Great attention to detail and treated my pride and joy with the same respect I would. I don’t usually let others work on my bikes as other bike shops have never taken the care I would. Not so with Cyclemart and having bought a gorgeous Giant Propel from them I’ve been back for servicing and fitting of Di2 components as they do a better job than I could. Highly recommended. So nice to have mechanics and a shop I can rely on.

Order my part last night and put a note on saying will it be received in the next 3 days, as I have a mobile bike mechanic coming out on froday as cant get my bike into a shop to et fixed.

They called this morning to confirm order and it will be in post today and should receive tomorrow

great customer service to actually call you with an update and reassure you, going forward anything bike related, cyclemart will be my first port of call to see if they have what i need.

Professional store and nice mechanics. Walked in for new brake pads while cycle touring. Had all kinds in stock and swapped it immediately. No bodge jobs here. Very reasonable pricing.

Took my bike in as my breaks didnt feel right and a clacking sound coming from the frame. The staff couldnt of been any more help, they sourced the sound of the noise to be a frame bearing and bled my brakes within 3 days of the bike being there!

Very friendly helpful and seem eager to help.
Any problems I've had with my ebike warranty or not they have sorted it as quickly as possible.😎👍
