Well I was very suprised that after just 2 mins of looking at a new rug, an advisor came over to ask me if I needed help, and promptly assisted with the purchase of a new rug, this is such an oddity these days, that staff pre emptly choose to assist customers, and it was very busy as well. Well done.

the cafe is run by some lovely ladies who are a pleasure to be served by felt so welcomed, the service was immaculate and the food and drink was amazing!! would go here again just for lunch and the ladies who run the cafe are an asset to the whole shop!! this is coming from an 18 year old who wouldnt of ever thought to go in there usually!!

Visited the cafe for coffee & a toasted sandwich. Also treated ourselves to the apple pie. Oh my goodness. The apple pie is to die for. Staff were friendly and polite, also quick service.

Staff very helpful , good stock of item but they need more staff to be around to help the public waited 15min for someone in carpet department

Lots of different things, Christmas has arrived there too

Finally we have managed to get the rest of our towel set! With the recent situation we haven't been able to go shopping and the online service was unable to find the hand towels to match our set. Today we got back in store and the towels were in stock! Yeah! The perfect match to the ones we got last year. Lovely service and good covid controls.
