Whilst visiting my grandaughter her fridge freezer went defunct on our last day , visited shop at 9.15 am and ordered a new one from showroom for her . On journey home my grandaughter phoned my wife at 11.30 to say new one delivered and old one taken away. You just don’t get this type of service anywhere else these days . Thank you you are amazing .

What a fantastic store and fantastic service. Popped in today. 09-05-23. As my Miele washing machine had died. Brought a brand new Bosch in store and was delivered in the same afternoon. Even took my old machine away. Can’t say thanks enough.

After three domestic appliances broke down within a week (washing machine,dishwasher and oven),help was desperately required----and Baileys provided it.Very quick ordering of all appliances, delivered and fitted by excellent staff on the day stipulated. Within a couple of hours all fitted,tested and all old appliances removed.Would definitely reccomend this firm to everyone

My washing machine broke and I called a local repair man Mark Sergeant who recommended that I contact these guys to get a new machine.

My partner called them up and within 1 hour we had a new machine fitted and installed by a super professional and efficient pair of chaps.

This was on the 23rd of December when most people are starting to wind down.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Their main products are competitively priced, often undercutting online prices. We are purchasing a double oven from them which is cheaper than anywhere online for the identical product.
However, their accessories tend to be very expensive, so avoid buying stands/brackets etc.

Extremely helpfull. Needed a washing machine and Baileys went the extra mile to get us one ASAP and delivered on time as promised. Will definately recommend and use them again

We rang on Saturday morning for a new washing machine and it was delivered just after lunchtime. The boss Steve said that as long as I was ok to install it myself he would drop it off on his way home.

I've ordered many kitchen appliances from here and can honestly say I would not shop anywhere else. I bought a new tumble dryer recently and a sizing complication (my fault!) was ironed out within two hours when the guys kindly delivered another product that was more suitable for our needs. Nick and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. All this just a few days before Christmas! Thanks Bailey's. You're fab. :-)

fantastic local service, rang at 9.15 am on a Monday morning for a new tumble dryer and had it installed by 10.45 . Keen price and professional approach to customers .

I have purchased a few white goods from here and the service has been excellent. The staff are polite and courteous and the delivery and after sales service is great. I also think the prices are competitive with larger high street and internet chains.
Well worth considering if you need household electrical goods.

Great customer service and support when replacing a broken washing machine. New one installed and old one removed all within 48hrs and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Went in to store as our chest freezer had just died. They had 1 little chest freezer in stock. Half an hour later it was in our utility! I can't see any of the big stores being able to beat that! All done with a friendly smile & cheery welcome. Thank you Bailies 😊

The guys at Baileys recently saved me by getting a tumble dryer for me at very short notice. I've know the store was there for years but foolishly assumed they would be exspencive being a small independent. The tumble dryer they supplied for me was only a few quid more than that awful Currys who couldn't be arsed to speak to me when I visited their store. It was also so refreshing speaking to a fully grown adult sales person as apposed the previously mentioned currys who appear to have a children only employment policy.

If future I shall visit Bailey before looking anywhere else. Genuinely chuffed to have found them and that I can support local business.

As always, excellent service from Baileys. Rang up the shop at 9.10am for a fridge freezer. 11.45am new fridge freezer delivered and installed!! Brilliant service again. Thank you Baileys!!
