O2 Shop Worcester

My husband had a new phone which we couldn’t set up, went to the shop and the first person (male) wasn’t very help and sent me away saying he couldn’t do anything due to data protection. I then went back after trying again at home with no success to set phone up. Chele served me and was amazing and with the help of TJ they sorted it all out for me. A big thank you to Chele for being patient and setting my phone up.

Dropped my phone which I need for work. Smashed it badly, wouldn't turn on. So needed a new one. Sam in store sorted me out, spent over an hour sorting my phone so I didn't loose any info when transferred to new phone . Couldn't be more pleased. The man's a genius!!

Went in to o2 today with little hope of getting my phone sorted after Apple said my phone was beyond repair and would cost £800 to fix. However Alexander from the store took my phone, looked at my details and after some digging found out my phone is under extended warranty! He was so helpful and patient. He’s saved me a ton of money by listening, having a look further into the problem and I genuinely felt like I was been attended to. 10/10 service by Alexander another reason I stuck with o2 since I was 14!

Great staff very helpful especially with switch up staff always ready to assist the best way they can and quick and simple in and out in 10 mins 10/10 for this store unlike most of the other O2 srotes I've visited in Kidderminster, merry hill , and especially Hereford they have the worst customer service to date moody sarcastic chap In there to say the least and his knowledge is perfetic I know more than he does ,

Popped in to pick up a new phone with my partner. The team added a 20% discount to her contract. They also checked my sim only and managed to reduce the cost with a new sim only contract saving over £110 a year.

I went into the shop this morning for advise re an email address which had stopped working.Ed came to my assistance and rescued it quickly and efficiently.He was helpful,kind and professional....Thank you! Hence the reason I remain with 02 because they are there to help .

Both me and my mum were with EE for a few years, I wanted to upgrade to a new phone a few weeks back, after being unimpressed with the offers EE were offering to us we randomly walked in here just to look, from the second we walked in staff were very friendly and helpful. We were passed over to Rich, who broke down all the options for taking out a new contract based on what I currently had then and what I wanted, as a student he also told me the benefits of having a contract with 02 with a monthly discount. My mum also started a contract that day with 02 but was not sure on the type of samsung phone she wanted, Rich once again explained the various samsung models and the different features. I don't think my mum would have bought a new phone if it wasn't for Rich's high standard of customer service when I was buying my phone. Overall I had a really good experience here that I cannot fault and I am beyond happy with the service I received.

Every time I have an issue with my phone the staff in the Worcester store are very helpful and friendly.

Went in to change contract was done within 5 mins, no upselling or persuasion. Not the experience my partner had a week beforehand but it clearly depends on the staff available.

Went in to day after my parents phone had just been stolen and a chap called Ed helped us in every way possible even put up with my screaming son in the shop this is second time he has served us and he is always very helpful
A second chap even Went and got my son some chocolate to care him down so thanks o2 worcester

First rate ! Quickly attended to --all questions dealt with ----. Switched to O2 efficiently and preserved my old number all within 40 minutes.
