What superb customer service.
As soon as you step in the door, you are given a very warm and cheerful welcome.
This café was very busy, and I soon realised that most of these customers were regulars and a lot didn't even look at the menus as they already knew exactly what they wanted.
My good lady and I only had coffee and cake, but the service was fast, and everything was delivered promptly.
It is not the cheapest place to go, but the service and quality of the product were 1st class.
I will definitely re visit this place.

Excellent service and all staff very nice and polite. I had one of the best full english and wife had the omelette and salad,excellent food all round .

Had the burger today as a takeaway and have to say it was the best burger I've had in a long time, it was fresh, tasty, and was still hot when it arrived.

Clean, and cosy with friendly staff, this cafe offers a good selection of meals and snacks. The pricing is very reasonable and its the kind of place that I feel quite comfortable in even if I am on my own

I have been in the restaurant a few times and the service is always kind friendly and great food. I recently hired Muffins to cater a children's party with a buffet. Quality was great, choice was good and they were very accommodating to all my needs. The coat was reasonable and I couldn't thank them enough for delivering a great quality buffet and great services taking this organisation out of my hands. I have used both services from them and wpuldn gladly recommend to anyone. Love Muffins. If eating in the service is also fast

Lovely and friendly waiting staff. They were great at changing my order as I didn't fancy all the items that was included on my breakfast.

Stopped by for a meeting today and opted for a small breakfast. Super quick food service, friendly staff, lovely warm atmosphere and caring nature of all members. The food was delicious, came super hot and chocolate sprinkles on capuccino. As it was a meeting I was able to use the free wifi and power sockets placed around the base of the cafe. I highly recommend this cafe in Worle and can't praise it enough for it's lovely food and caring nature to visitors. Just before I left I was offered a xmas chocolate biscuit, Merry Christmas to Muffins 10/10

Great all day breakfast affordable and generous portions, more than happy to swap out items to your suiting I.e grilled tomatoes for plum, beans for mushrooms, toast for fried bread or hash browns, added extras of black pudding or sausages or as additional s for only 95p. Perfectly cooked not greasy at all, absolutely beautiful. Service with a smile, no waiting and served perfect temperature. Thank you we couldn't be happier.

We were on our way to Devon and wanted to stop for breakfast at an halfway point from the Midlands. We were shown to a table straight away, food came very quickly after ordering and it was delicious.

We decided after our weeks holiday, we would stop on the way back for lunch. Equally impressed with the service. They are amazing and for such a small cafe, they ensured everyone was well looked after. I would definitely recommend Muffins Tea Rooms. Thank you so much to the owner and the team.

Food was great and prepared very quickly. I had a takeaway large breakfast and also a bacon roll for my dad. Only thing I could fault them on was there was no takeaway cutlery so was abit hard to eat my egg 🤣

Excellent customer service- couldn’t do enough to help my friend and I with our toddler and baby respectively. Nothing was too much trouble - even held my baby while I sorted out pushchair. Thank you! Will be back.
