Recently visited Mimi’s at The Drawing room and had the Festive Afternoon Tea. From homemade sausage rolls, chicken liver pate and a variety of dainty finger sandwiches; to freshly baked scones and patisseries that looked truly far too good eat - there was plenty to indulge in Mimi’s Festive Afternoon Tea over the course of the afternoon. Everything was delicious!

Since my last visit, Mimi’s has been completely transformed into ‘The Drawing Room’ and is lavishly decorated to create the perfect setting for an afternoon tea experience. The table was also decorated beautifully to match the stunning interior. Looking forward to booking in again, or ordering one of the grazing boxes to enjoy at home.

Got a buffet for work to celebrate my long service and it was amazing! Communication was great with lots of options given. Buffet was delivered exactly as expected. Lots of food and lots of choice, all of it beautifully presented and delicious. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Mimis. Ordered a voucher for afternoon tea for a friend. Morag prepared the voucher the went out of her way and bought my friend a birthday card on my behalf and personally delivered it to my friend. Brilliant ..thank you Morag

Had an Afternoon Tea box delivered today for my birthday. Everything was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this establishment, and would definitely use again.

Have ordered from cafe mimis on two occasions now and both times food and service was exceptional. Can highly recommend and will definately use again🙂

Superb afternoon tea delivered to the door. Amazing selection of treats and the sweet options were to die for!!! Gluten free and Dairy free options also delivered separately. Great value and service. Could not recommend more highly.

We are on holiday and today had afternoon tea delivered from Mimi's. We cannot speak highly enough of the food we received. The presentation, the freshness, quality and quantity of the food surpassed our expectations. We hope to repeat this experience in the future and intend sending an afternoon tea as a gift to friends who live in the area.

Second visit for Afternoon Tea. If anything the experience was even better. We enjoyed a bottle champagne ( our own and charged a small corkage). The tea was first class and the sandwiches, cakes etc were all freshly made. Every morcel was eaten and our party if 4 were stuffed. A nice afternoon out. Tip - if you don't book you may not get a table as Cafe Mimi's is very popular with the locals.

Great little cafe - standard menu of sandwiches, soup, jacket potatoes and delicious looking cakes. Plus approx 5 specials. We had lamb mint burger and beef stroganoff both very tasty. A warm welcome to the children and a clean fresh appearance overall. Very happy we stopped.

Good coffee, great breakfast. I think it's always busy there. Definitely the best black pudding we've had in the morning eating out. Lovely decor and good service in this café where a mother and daughter work together. If you were a little girl you'd want to bring your dolls and teddybears here for an amazing tea party with cakes and scones and sandwiches.

Afternoon was amazing!! The white chocolate truffles were the best ever…. So much so we returned for more!! Thank you so much - we shall use again for sure when up that neck of the woods 😁

Yesterday we were gifted an early Christmas present of an afternoon tea from Cafe Mimis. As always, it was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed by both my husband and myself.
Out thanks go to all at Mimis and to the Souttar family for a very thoughtful gift during these difficult times.

Beautiful café!!! Delicious food, made fresh in the kitchen and cakes are all homemade too, but are absolutely delish. Décor is probably the best thing about it, and attention to detail is perfect. The loo is lovely, great themed décor and looks so much better than the photos online. I can't imagine why this café has only three stars. Lovely kind staff too. Stopped for a chat

Nipped in for lunch today with my little lad. The ladies were lovely and made us very welcome. Food was nice too. Next time that way agin I’ll be sure to visit.
