Greedy Bird Kitchen

Came across this gem of a little cafe whilst looking for lunch on a Monday. So glad we found it - food was amazing (with lots of choice), service was great (both in terms of speed & friendliness), all food appeared to be fresh/home made and was good value.

I nipped in for a quick coffee and was served by a lovely chatty young person called Mel.

What an awesome breakfast. Stopped by just after they opened this morning based on the Google reviews and enjoyed a delicious mini full English while my son had a sausage and bacon sandwich. Top food and cute little place.

Absolutely love this little café. The coffee is a must. I've enjoyed Bagels and the homemade soups - both delicious and always helpful with my dietary restrictions. Work days I'm ALWAYS in there. Lovely staff

The food here is absolutely incredible if you want to have a quick breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend this place. The ladies that work there are very good and they're always incredibly busy because they have to cook everything from scratch, per order. So the queing can be quite excessive.

What a wonderful place! The best breakfast baguette. The most amazing flapjack and lovely coffee. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. An absolute gem!

I called in about 9 a.m this very frosty morning after dropping off Landrover for service.Had a bacon and sausage bap and a cappuccino- absolutely spot on and delicious! Best I’ve had for a long time. Lovely , cheerful lady behind till. Great find and made my morning!

I believe this to be the best english breakfast I have ever had.
As a Londoner I have tried many of the local cafe breakfasts and this beats all of them hands down.

The quality of each perfectly cooked item was lovely. I had the full english with bacon, sausage, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast. I can't fault any of it... Good on you girls for your lovely service, smiling faces and good quality sourced ingredients. You really got me and my friends first visit to Ashburton off to a great start.

What a find lovely place to eat the food was very good and the coffee was amazing the prices are very competitive well done to you I'll certainly recommend this place hope to call in again soon

Had one of their wraps on specials menu yesterday. And ever since, I’ve been craving another one!! Stunning wrap!! Bbq chicken and bacon 😍.

I love this place. Excellent quality food prepared and cooked on the premises by friendly and helpful staff.
Big range of sandwiches made to your requirements, cold or hot cooked like burgers or fried breakfast baguette. The daily special is always good too. The home made soup is good too.
Mostly takeaway but seating for 4.
Highly recommended for takeaway lunch.

I highly recommend Greedy Bird Kitchen. Tried the quiche with couscous and butter bean salad, amazing. The aubergine dahl is also fantastic!

What a lovely gem of a place food is absolutely 1st class, staff are 1st class too as they help make the good atmosphere there, i dont anyone that has had a bad word said against this place, i highly recommend this place

Popped in for a breakfast bap and a coffee. Absolutely fantastic, food cooked on a hotplate so very little grease, staff were lovely and a dreary morning was cheered up. Excellent.

After a busy day the owner was still able to have a chat after serving my wife and I a most freshly prepared seeded roll. Its was delicious. It was not over priced,
And there was an amazing choice. We will be back. Thank you.

A great little takeaway food place, with small eat- in area, staffed by two lovely cheery ladies for who nothing was too much trouble. Good prices for freshly prepared food which tasted very good on a damp grey day. Well worth a visit if you are in the town.

If you're vegetarian and need a great lunch, this is the place to go. No more settling for boring egg mayo sandwich, they have a great salad bar, and delicious fillings😉👍🥗

Always made to feel very welcome here and the staff are fantastic.
Being a food place, they are not allowed dogs in, but are welcome to sit with the tables outside.
Couldn't recommend it higher.
