Great place beautiful location great heated indoor swimming pool lovely cottages lovely grounds to walk your dogs outdoor children's play area owners of property very helpful will definitely recommend to family and friends will be back again next year short drive to beach Skegness and Ingoldmells.

Great place for a family celebration birthday get together. Pool, Hot Tub and gym kept everyone happy. Very spacious and outdoors childrens playarea

Our entire family comes here every year and have done so for 5 years now.
Such a beautiful place to stay.
Pet friendly so the in-laws don't have to leave the dog 🐕 in a kennel.

Huge beautiful garden area for picnics, BBQs, playtime etc.
Oh and there are painted rocks hidden around for the grandson to find. Great fun. I'll probably make some more to leave behind.

The indoor pool is also very clean and well kept. Warm water makes it comfortable for the older relatives as well.

Chilling out in the evening you can relax and watch the bats flying around playfully catching their dinner. Such a spectacle.
We'll be staying here for years to come.

Just a few minutes drive from Skegness beach. This has an excellent indoor pool and a very good play area for kids. This includes a big trampoline. This is an above average place. Not cheap, but well worth the money. I have been here several years running.

We stayed in the Lambourne and it was absolute luxury. Was super spacious with our own entrance to the pool, private gym, all the pots and pans you can imagine in the kitchen, and several sitting areas.

The owner is right next door and couldn't do enough for us during our stay.

Very comfortable accommodation with everything required for a great self catering stay. The owners Helen and Chris went out of their way to look after us and make sure everything was in order

Absolutely 💯% going back, this place offers everything for a fantastic family or couples holiday, cottages are outstanding , very inviting cleanliness is obviously something they take very seriously, not only with the cottages also the grounds. Super friendly owners/ staff which makes the atmosphere really enjoyable and relaxing. 10 out of 10 for my self and family 😀

Beautiful cottages with the most helpful and lovely owners. Great for us that we can bring the dog along with us. Feels homely and looking forward to our weekend stay. Thank you . Everything included that's required for a lovely relaxing break . Will hopefully return again .

we been visiting Helen and family for years now, and always return, lovely place, not too close to Skegness but close enough, plenty of restaurants locally, good fishing. The cottages are of a brilliant spec, lovely and cosy, swimming poo is well used, and we always have a great reception. The Martin-Beades Family xxx

This is an absolute gem!
We've cycled, ran, swam, yoga'd, hot tubbed, walked and rehydrated fully!
The facilities and furnishings and owners are brilliant.
I'd really recommend for a training weekend away!
We shall return!

This is our second time at Lambourne house, fabulous house, great facilities, hosts are very welcoming and on hand should you have a problem. We have also stayed in Ash cottage which again is a great house with everything you could need.

Just come back from staying in one of the properties and it was a lovely stay accommodation was lovely and clean & the decor was really nice, the location was very quiet but not too far away from everywhere & the owners were lovely.

Great place to stay, amazing owners, just everything about this place is great and tranquil. Cottages are clean and beautiful.

Beautiful accommodation, plenty of stuff to do, the bust beach and venues short drive away. But also far away not to be disturbed by traffic (well some tractors)

Amazing people who assisted us during a trying time. My family are overwhelmed by the beauty of the cottage, gardens and highly recommend it for anyone's future stats in the area
