Costa Coffee

First time in a long time my order was wrong, now its not their fault, the staff in here always do a phenomenal job in catering to your needs.

Guy came in and stole the just eat order off of the counter, so they had to scramble to make another batch for the delivery order. Massive queue full of very inpatient people, one male in particular getting angry with the staff.

Show the batista some respect, there's only two machines for pouring espresso, show some respect.

I get that most of you are impatient people and feel the need to rush every action in your life. But take a chill pill, have some patience and show some respect to the people that literally make the coffee and food that you shove into your fat faces. They were busy, get over it 🤣

Order may have been wring but the coffee was great as always, you guys and gals are doing a great job as always.

Excellent cappuccino perfect temperature cakes and sandwiches also tasty,good selection to choose from, nice and quiet great place to sit and read or catchup with friends or people watch whilst you get your caffeine hit.

I've been going to Costa coffee since it opened and it's great.

I was stuck in airdrie very early in the morning during freezing temperatures and couldn't get home, but the staff allowed me to call with their phone for someone to pick me up and allowed me to sit in until i got picked up. Thank you for not letting me walk 2 hours in during freezing cold (happened during december 2022)

Staff are BRILLIANT! Very very helpful and go out of their way to make going into Costa very special

Great to grab and quick coffee busy bit not to busy to managed to get a chill out and relax and kids actually enjoyed it too with the extra large custard cream biscuit 😀

Good place to eat and meet friends for a coffee. You don't feel rushed after you have finished you can sit and chat .

Great service, staff carried my food to table when they saw I had a walking stick. They are always smiling ☺ even when on a rainy day. Thank you all at Costa coffee in Airdrie.
