Such a good chippy! Best around! Chips fresh - super fluffy inside & crispy outer. Scampi was the best we’ve had in a long time including compared to some Cumbrian pubs. Fish cake was lovely too. Didn’t get fish but what I saw looked tasty - super crispy batter. Can’t fault this place and will be going back every time I’m in the area. Really nice modern shop too! Can’t fault this place. Been twice now and both excellent! Thanks!!!!

The fish cakes are incredibly tasty, and the batter on the cod / haddock is perfect. It’s never overdone nor too chunky. The chips are some of the best we’ve had.

Cash only! One to remember and fine if the cash point next door is open.
