Incredibly busy so allow a bit of time for the food to be ready but it's worth the wait. Genuinely the best fish and chips I've had in years.

The fish was lovely, flakey, crispy as it should be, the haggis was full of flavor, and the chips were cooked to perfection.

The friendlies place in Scotland to get Fish and Chips.....we drove past it on our way from Glasgow to London and i don't think we have been treated better anywhere else ever....i will come back here whenever i can. Oh and the Fish and chips was great too......thank you guys !!

Fish and chips are the best I have had in Dumfries and Galloway...and god knows I've tried lots and lots. For once a fish shop that constantly produces crispy batter on their fish. This concept seems lost on many of the other premises I have tried over many years.

Get delivery almost every week from Castle Fryery; delivery is always fast. As I get a lot of deliveries from here like everything, the odd mistake will happen. For example, we had family down for a party ordered eight pizzas, two chips and one wedges. They forgot 1 of the pizza but sent it right out when I called to say. I think they are busy all the time as the staff answering the phone can hardly hear you, and they tend to have raised voices, but that’s so that you can hear them 😉 of all the delivery options locally, this is one of the better ones for sure.
