Outstanding service received from Steve today. Our shower pump had stopped working and I called him this morning and he was able to visit in the afternoon, identified the problem, supplied and fitted new pump. All in the same day. Excellent. Who could ask for better service. Thank you.

Phoned mobile number a couple of times but got no answer so I tried their call request on their website and got no reply. Fortunately I managed to resolve my issue elsewhere so I will not be recommending this company at all. I've had to give 1 🌟 to post this but they certainly don't deserve it.

Contacted the plumber and give required information. Sadly the plumber since did not return my calls and follow-up.
