Managed to get everything I was looking fir and staff are friendly and helpful

Wanted some advice from the Pharmacist & she was so professional & helpful. Highly recommend.

The lady who served me was so helpful and pleasant. I believe she may be a Manager.

Sleaford branch of boots is without doubt the best run boots I have been in. The staff are all friendly and never leave customers unattended. The manager is outstanding and is always on hand to ensure customers are cared for which leaves the customer feeling valued.

I popped in to Boots sleaford to get a new hairdryer the electrical shelf unit had been dismantled as new after shave and perfume cabinet's are to be put in that space so a kind assistant offered to go to the stock room and bring me a selection of hair dryers she kept the one I picked while I did some more shopping ,fantastic service thankyou .

I would like to say thank you to the lovely lady in the pharmacy who was so helpful sorting out my son’s prescription which had to be ordered in and for her helpful advice. It’s lovely to receive such lovely customer service in this day and age!

Don't usually comment on routine visits to shops but on this occasion I was served by Nigel at the perfume counter. He was soooooo helpful and actually willing to help too not just perfunctory. He even had a look around the store for the other bits I needed. Fab service. Let's hope you all get Nigel when you need some help ☺

Went in today and was met with the friendliest service from a man called Neil who works there. He informed me on which foundation was best for my skin tone and even took the time to colour match me. Absolutely lovely guy!

My first choice for medical items, pills and potions.! Always good value. 👍

Boots stock batteries for scales, music centre hand controls and many more items. Their stock is turned over regularly ,so you get a full charge in every battery. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.

Had gone to the Pharmacy to collect someones Meds, however there were issues over the Medication however they sorted it out and were very patient and helpful
