Ordered a battery for a motorhome and when I went to get it the salesman mentioned the weight of the item . At least I only had to carry the thing about 10 metres but maybe a truck to help shift heavy stuff could be offered. Something to think about, ps I am 72.

Euro car parts was helpful with a refund. When this didn't go through customer service sorted it issue effectively.

The staff were very helpful in processing my battery warranty claim which was very straightforward. I was impressed they were able to get a replacement in the next morning so late in the day, they even leant me a socket to help get my battery out the car

Amazed at the service in comparison to any birmingham branch i usually go to, lovely member of staff called trudy served me and was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. She deserves a raise euro! Or at least a Christmas bonus.

Didn't have the one he wanted in stock but the lovely lady found me an alternative. Lady also made sure that there was only to be 2 people in the shop, so that made me feel safe.

Order online pick up in minutes usually have most parts in stock or get it next day. Always wait for discount codes they have them every few days and makes there prices competitive.

Convenient and they stock a vast amount of parts and consumables. If they haven't got it ready for collection in 15 mins, it is generally next day. Delivery to home is also available. 👍
