A great wee business, huge variety of stock for both professional and diy. Excellent customer service, the team here really do care about their customers and, in my experience, go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favour, next time try here before the big boys, you'll be glad you did!

I have worked with this company on a professional level as well as personally, They are a long standing supply company who buy in bulk and pass the savings down to the customer. They sell a large vareity of things from nuts and bolts to paints, PPE and electrical.
They don't supply absolutely everything by any means but if they don't have it, they can usually get it depending on availability and storage.
I have always found them to be courteous and efficient, always with a smile or a suggestion.

Staff are always nice and friendly, well educated on there products and have a good range in stock, what more could you want from a tools and hardware store

We placed an order with Shepherd & Miller which they were unable to fulfil due to a supplier going into administration. They acted swiftly to issue a refund and communicated quickly and clearly throughout. We will be using them again.
