I am a teacrastinating person.I have tried all the chai's from here.

I am so addicted to the Chai they serve.Staff members here are as sweet as tea.

We ordered rose falooda totally recommend. I also ordered the jalapeño & cheese pastry and the Punjabi samosa, Nutella wrap . Everything was served well

Nice, cosy cheap eat. Delicious hot fresh food and drink served in disposable boxes and cutlery. 20% off first order via the App. Friendly staff and nice decor. Great for Indian breakfast or lunch. Nearly open all hours.

One of the workers named sufyan patel gave us the best experience very friendly made sure everything was well and also gave us food which was warm. Need more workers like this respectable young men !

Cheaper then chaiiwalas around Birmingham but not the same quality.
**Edit- was in the area and fancied a karak chai so tried this branch again . Really nice karak chai, we ordered a baklava cheesecake which didn’t seem to taste quite right so i took it back and explained this to Atif who served us, he was very understanding and helpful, replaced it with a different cake without any fuss, nice to see some good customer service… definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Atif ,you’re a asset to chaiiwala.

I just visited the chaiwala place on East Park Road Leicester. Me and my wife enjoyed Masala chips,cheese and jalapeño pastry with karak Masala chai nice and cosy place good service from young men

Amazing service by the staff. The lady at the till explained everything from how big the food was to what I could have that doesn't contain eggs. She even made sure we didn't over order as it can be easily done. The food and chai came out piping hot and stayed hot as well. We had desi breakfasts and it was spiced and flavoured perfectly. I highly recommend this little hidden gem, excellent in every way.

I visited a little while ago for takeaway and the customer service was excellent. They made an item for my son that wasn't on the menu. Then the cashier was kind enough to walk me to my car with the bag and drinks as I was carrying the baby. Didn't manage to catch his name sadly. The food and drink was equally as excellent.

Customer service excellent, very friendly and very polite staff, gets abit crowded not much space for sitting, I travel from Birmingham on business. Normally get my tea from here highly recommended

Went in yesterday for the first time and had a coffee and food stayed there for one and a half hours made ferry welcome and got to try their tea and coffee wich was lovely will definitely go back again thanks

I'm just working in the area and fancied a drink - A kind passer by recommend this place, I didn't know that they didn't sell regular coffee/cappuccino so the staff were nice enough to allow me sample their drinks.. I forgot the name of the drink I ended up with.. but it tasted amazing (The other one I tried was also very nice) Staff we're very friendly, decor is beautiful and everything is spotlessly clean. Just a shame I don't live closer!

I got sperated from my group while traveling, and was really panicked so i stopped in to ask for help. They were very nice and helpful and helped me get to where i was going, and gave me some water. Much needed kindess in a time of stress. Definitely give them some buisness

amazing service, the staff are all so friendly and kind. I was served by a lovely young man Hamzah, he intrigued me into trying their frappe selection and honestly it was amazing. I have never been into frappe’s and coffee before but i would definitely have it as my casual drink. Thank you Hamzah for making me such a delicious frappe your service was amazing and the presentation was also very good. I would definitely recommend their new drink selections :)

Masha’allah!! what a great experience, from the second I walked through the door I was greeted by brother Ahmed (staff) very polite and friendly. We ordered Desi breakfast and it’s definitely the best in town, the service that brother Ahmed provided was exceptional. Highly recommend this place

One of my regular chaiwalla stops, can't go wrong with a fully loaded bun omelette and karak chai! Restaurant is always clean and welcoming

Great customer service, food was hot, freshband tasty! it's a great place to get a quick bite or even an intimate, cosy place to enjoy a coffee or tea or anything you desire!

Authentic food, excellent tea. Good service. Recommended. Price is slightly high, but still best value of money.

Karak chaii , chai latte, and I live their rose faluda, most of the time their stuff are very friendly, the quality of drinks and food is class, my regular place for my tea breakfast and faluda, keep up the service
