Chai wala is the same wherever you go. This branch is a nice small lovely little place. The staff behind the counter were very nice and polite.

Store was quite busy; seems to be very popular with locals.

The number one chai spot! Food options are okay, they could be better. The place could also be cleaner, or regularly maintained so the tables are clean for the next customer. Otherwise, a go to for karak chai/coffee, indian style!

Great experience at this chaiiwala. I came Monday morning and had the desai breakfast and it was perfect. My order cam3 in 5 mins and was spot on. The service was top I can't complain. Hats off to chaiwala granby street

Excellent overall experience. Amazing tea, food choices,and very cordial staff.
The only problem is the space available, limited and mostly occupied by customers even after finishing their tea or food

My wife and I stopped here for coffee and chai (for me) and the karak coffee is some of the best we have ever tasted! Seriously. The karak chai was also amazing! On top of all of that, we were equally amazed by the desi breakfast, with a masala omelette (incrediblly yummy) and wonderfully spicey masala beans, plus we ordered both a side of rotis and parathas. One of our favorite breakfasts on our visit!

Amazing selection of Food, drinks and snacks! As a fellow foodie, I strongly feel Chaiwala is a unique cafe with all day breakfast options which is excellent for all types of individuals. You can grab a warm delicious breakfast anytime of the day. Many of my colleagues, family and friends adore the Chaiwala brand. I appreciate the customer service from all chai Wala stores in Leicester especially Chaiwala Granby street as it’s been one of my main brekky spots since it opened years ago. Well done to management Muzzi and Ali and the hard workers Amara, Adeelah, sana, Amir, sureka and rest of the team. Chai Wala always employ friendly staff who greet you with a beautiful warm smile and serve us customers with respect and professionalism. GRANBY STREETS CHAI WALA’s customer service is hospitable. Chai Wala is indeed a part of the city centre community in leicester. Without them Granby street wouldn’t be the same. Thank you Chaiwala for your credible service to the community. And a sincere thanks to all staff as they are the foundation to the success of this company in the food Industry. Came here on Christmas day before going to a family dinner. We had travelled from London and we ordered breakfast here.
The area manager Mr Ali welcomed us with a beautiful festive spirit and served us the most authentic Indian food and Indian Tea.

We tried the Pau Baji, veg roll and Bombay sandwich and some dessert.

The quality of the food was amazing and I can honestly say He made this a wonderful experience.

Friendliness, quality of food and quality of service provided is the reason I would like to give this a 10/10.

Karak chai liked it here. Good vibe to sit there and have one with fellow Asians. Will have once more if I go to Leicester anytime.

Decided to come here on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by some of the nicest and friendliest members of staff I've ever met. I ordered a Caramel Chaii and it is the nicest drink I think I've ever had in my life. The prices are more than reasonable, so it's absolutely worth it. The decor is lovely, especially the lightbulbs, really add a nice aesthetic. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, and the seating is very comfortable. Definitely definitely recommend trying!

Friendly staff, good service, yummy Karak with Saffron, tasty cheese roti and omelette roti

Me and hubby visited the Leicester Granby street Branch on Friday 9th June 2023 @ 10.30am.
We were greeted by a staff member named Amir .He looked after us so well from placing the order till us leaving.
The service was 10/10 friendly service friendly staff and quick service we didn't have to wait.

My favourite place, got addicted to this at one point. Faloodaaaa and karak chaii. Great brand , prices are reasonable and guess what got one opening around the corner from me.

Definately recommend visiting this place. Wish they had more space to sit down too

Food was excellent after we figured out which one was which. They'd muddled the order up a little but that's okay. Service was a little poor and the atmosphere was alright. But the food was yummy!

Just had karak chai from there to drink, tasted so nice, even a bit sweet as well for £1.60
