The White Swan Inn

From the front of this pub, it’s deceiving. Open the front door and explore to find how massive it is. Excellent indoor spaces with wonderfully generous outside area to soak up the spring sun.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The food is generously portioned for the price with excellent flavour.

We had curry with all the trimmings for £12.95. If mildly hungry one plate would serve two people.

A definite must visit on your travels.

Great little local Pub, centralised in the village. Food is absolutely top notch, staff are very courteous and helpful. Would 100% recommend popping in whether you are a tourist stopping for the weekend or someone passing through (Stick by the limit though 🙂)

Side note: The Lasagne is to die for 🥰

What a awesome pub, looks super cosy from the street, but get inside and there is loads of space! The food was super tasty and the beers washed it all done nicely.

Came in for lunch today with a chap that I support and had possibly the best pub meal I have had for many years! Great service, great food 100% would recommend.

What a find ! Exactly as others described it - good food friendly people had a small problem but sorted out with no fuss and warm smile to boot would recommend to anyone wanting good food and a great atmosphere

Lovely local pub with absolutely brilliant food, portions were a good size and all fresh. The service and reassuring checks during our visit was great.
The pub is situated off the main road with parking opposite, dog & kid friendly with a few arcade type machines to lighten your pockets (but it keeps them quiet).
Good array of drinks and beers.
If in the are worth a visit for a bite to eat and a liquid refreshment.

This place is a little gem. Staying in the area for three nights we nipped in for a drink on night one as a sort of reconnaissance mission for having a meal on night three. Menu looked good so we booked.
So glad we did, nicest meal we’ve had in ages. I had the gammon and the wife had Chicken Cymru. All of it was excellent but a special shout out to the chips! Best chips we’ve had in a very long time.
If you’re passing through Llanon stop off here, it’s excellent.

Eat here two nights in July. We had two wonderful meals and the service was excellent. You cant fault the food and at a reasonable price. After getting back from a 8 mile hike to find a meal that was excellent and plenty on the plate... We will be back..

We visited the White Swan on two consecutive evenings for an evening meal. We chose it because it was dog friendly. We found it to be fantastic. The food, staff, drinks and ambience were truly fantastic. Can't wait to go back on our next visit to the area.

Very nice village pub with all you need to relax, socialize, eat, play pool, watch sport or enjoy the beer garden 🙂

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the White Swan, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised to see they are dog friendly too.

The food was the best we have had locally with generous portion sizes and a modest price tag! My son would highly recommend the chicken tikka massala and my youngest who sometimes can be classed as a fussy eater said his pizza was the best he's ever had!!

Puddings were something we didn't expect to order but with an offering that good, how could we not!! The syrup sponge and custard was particularly yum!!

After dinner the children went off ro explore and found a lovely games area outside with air hockey and a bouncy castle. Inside a great pool table to while away an evening.

Honestly we will be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Been twice, Sunday and midweek. Both times the food has been exceptional. The staff are brilliant and the locals are friendly and helpful. The portion sizes are large and all prepared to order. This is one of the best pubs I've been in for the quality of the food. If you've been walking the coastal path then this place is a must on the way. Thank you The White Swan👍

Found this pub when we were looking for the fish and chips in Llanon. First thoughts were that it had recently been refurbished. The ladies was impressively clean, always a good sign of a place well kept. A very friendly welcome and given a choice of any table that we wanted. Order of 2 coffees immediately served and food order taken. A 'standard' breakfast (although it was 3p.m) and a basket cod and chips soon served. Portions were good and all well presented. Couldn't fault either. Value for money in extremely pleasant surroundings. Will most definitely return. Highly recommend.

First time we'd been here but will definitely return; the staff were really friendly and helpful, food was great and plenty of it. Wide range of choices on the menu at reasonable prices. Beer was good also. Restaurant (with its own bar) looked great, didn't eat in there as we had the dog with us. 2 seperate dog friendly areas where you can eat. Pool room, bar with lounge at the front. There's also a large beer garden, this place has everything.
Definitely recommend.

Called in tonight to see if they could cater for 4 people with two dogs. Seated in a cosy spot straight away and the food was amazing ....large portions. Staff really friendly and gave the dogs some treats too.
Would absolutely recommend this pub to anyone. By far the best pub along this stretch of coast 👌 👊 thank you the white Swan....we will be back.

Ended up eating here as the place we wanted to go was shut for some reason. Thank the good guy up top it was.

Between portion sizes not one of us finished, a curry that was genuinely up there with the best my partner has had, and service that couldn't be faulted, I'm genuinely gutted to live four hours away.
