To start with I was so pleased to get scottish fudge I had about £20 in goodies .but to my disappointment the man serving was so rude he spoke down to me but he picked on the wrong person I hate rude people. I found out later that is known for it and you have problems keeping your staff I'm not surprised with him being there. Well all iam left to say is if he is the one that represents WHSMITH God help your company. my name is Ms Elaine Johnstone.

Yes agreed with the other reviews, too expensive and the short baldy guy at the till doesn't like people of colour so if you are please go elsewhere for a better service.
