MADD Stoves

We had recently a stove installed by Alasdair from Madd Stoves. It was absolutely perfect. Very pleasant to deal with, exceptional customer service and a perfect installation. We will certainly recommend him.

We contacted MADD stoves when we were looking for someone to supply and install a wood burner and Alasdair has been brilliant from the word go. Our installation is certainly not a standard one but his attention to detail and meticulous workmanship and an excellent price combined to give us the fantastic end result we hoped for. Cannot speak highly enough of Alasdair and would certainly recommend MADD stoves to anyone considering installing a stove.

We looked at a few local companies to install our Termatech TT20R stove before choosing Maddstoves. Alasdair took time to listen to our needs, was extremely patient and gave us the correct advice based upon the size of the area the stove was to be fitted, with no hard sell. Alasdair installed the stove on the day we wanted it fitted even athough it was near Christmas, and installed and tested with full demonstration on the same day. Installation was first class, no mess and looks absolutely stunning! His prices are clear and very reasonable and a pleasure to do business with. Great little shop that used to be an old stable until it was converted last year. It has been restored tastefully in keeping with its original purpose. There is a range of wood burning stoves for sale. Part of the shop is also used for selling all sorts of Scottish produce and crafts. Owner of the shop makes different varieties of clootie dumpling. Little tasters are there to tempt you - very tasty. The shop is situated in a small picturesque village.

Great service - super friendly, listened to exactly what we wanted, but weren't afraid to offer advice, which was taken as very good! Price was very reasonable, detailed well in advance, and didn't shift. Everything was done to a high standard and using the best materials. Have already recommended them verbally to friends!

Absolutely amazing shop. Staff lady lovely, definitely makes me look forward to going there. I was there for my mum's Christmas present on my own and the help I got was amazing. Thank you alot!
