Just what you expect - quick service( we are using app), good food for you paying. Kids lovin'it 😁 A bit crowd but that's what you expect on sunny Saturday, we didn't have to wait long to find a table. Overall, pleasant visit 😎👌👍

Since it's been done up the food is ready much quicker; we now wait for about 5 minutes on average when eating in. Never any complaints about the food - you know what to expect when coming here.
The staff are all really friendly - special mention to Sarah-Jane, who was particularly kind when she brought our tray over to us.

After waiting 2 hours for just eat I decided to go up to the restaurant my self my orders ain’t small I have 5 children , granted I was quite annoyed as I got there however a very polite young man called Jack I think helped me strait away nothing was to much very helpfully sorted me my order with in ten minutes very apologetic this man is a credit to yourselfs thank you , As for the young girl walking around laughing and giving customers filthy looks you spoil it for the great workers. Long ques everytime I go but never to long waiting , food is fresh and tasty , staff are bang on point , very friendly and polite all in all very pleasant experience.

Food was hot, and nicely placed on tray, with napkins, restaurant was clean and tidy, dining area staff was very friendly and welcoming. New updated restaurant at Forge looks very nice and smart. 😋❤

Forge Retail park McDonald's is always spot on. The Wrekin Retail Park one is always the opposite. Order is always right here and the staff are always very polite and friendly. Credit where credit is due, management are clearly doing a top job here! Shout out to the staff!

Had a breakfast here this morning, the food was absolutely perfect, i had breakfast roll meal and partner had double saus and muffin, all cooked perfect, fresh, coffee lovely too. So much improved from last time we went

Good parking, clean toilets, staff friendly and food to the normal high standards, I will be back when next in the area.

Have to give maximum rating due to the quality of the staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Amazing service, had to wait a long time for food but in return we got 2 free hash browns so very pleased with this maccies.

Always clean and ths staff have always got a smile for you. The food is always hot and it is a quick service as always.

Big fan of McDonalds and like most of them this is a great one . Clean,fast service & well looked after, food brought to our table .I am in my later 60's with my grandson who's is 17 we are both lovin' it ! Back again & love in the app points 2 free mini ice cream and drinks 😉 back again Jan 24 & they have refused it, and it is much improved especially the toilets
have more room .

Friendly efficient staff who provide a quality service time after time

Drive through had a massive que, so decided to go inside and order. Which to my surprise was empty, straight up to order and only took ten minutes to collect my order.

Tasty, but the pancakes tasted like cardboard, but tbf all maccies pancakes taste like cardboard

Staff are always friendly, on the ball, and food is always as expected.

This is actually a really good maccies!! Really friendly staff, toilets clean and food quality to a very high standard! Fries filled right to the top and all our drinks and dips were packaged nicely with care. Great food and great service, one of the best maccies I’ve been to.

I love the big macs and outside parking , yummy scummy with French fries and coke .
