Not all fitters are created equal!

Had what I believe would be classed as a reasonably complex fitment in comparison to previous reviews of unsuccessful fitments by Carpetright, including: runners on two sets of stairs, each with double bends. Plus each requiring their corresponding landing carpet fitted as well.

This was no problem and did not phase the fitters allocated to this job: Scott, Sam & Mike.
Taken in their stride and very professional; came round to create templates of the stairs to enable whipping the carpet at the beginning of the week, ensured we were happy with the choice of colour for the edging, then just a few days later it was all installed and completed without fuss. We are happy with their results as seen in the pictures, now we just need to get our own surrounding decorations to match what they achieved.

Had a great service from Nicholas without any sales preasure along a speedy service with surveying for the final measurements. Thankyou for your honesty & professionalism. Looking forward to our new carpet being fitted.

Subject to fitting , I have to say the actual buying phase , dealing with the manager Nick , was actually enjoyable. Nick was extremely helpful and professional . Brian the assessor and Dawn in store we’re both great and all to budget with no hard sell.

Andy gave a first class experience when we were looking recently for a carpet for our hall, stairs and landing. He was relaxed and not pushy, gave great advice in what we should consider in our choices and we left the premises in the knowledge that we had made the right choices.

Lovely, friendly staff who were more than happy to help. This is my first experience buying carpet and they made it nice and straightforward. They also gave a thorough demonstration of how the different types of underlay felt. One very happy customer excited for fitting.

My husband and I are looking at replacing some carpet on our hall, stairs and landing and had ordered some samples through carpet right. We visited the store today and Nick supported us in choosing the right carpet and underlay for our busy home with two dogs! Looking at floor coverings for my new build property, Dawn was really helpful in store and gave me loads of ideas I never thought could be done. Dawn is a credit to your company and glad I was not put off from previous bad experiences in other carpet stores. Will definitely be back when I have a completion date and proper measurements. Very professional and welcoming staff. A very friendly and relaxing environment. Staff have a great knowledge of all products, the customer service was excellent - being approached straight away, staff introduced themselves in a friendly and professional manner and provided All the help and advice I required. Was at the Telford store to look for some new carpets I approached a staff member named Gill excellent service and very knowledgeable of the products in the store. Was taken through all my options which was very helpful, excellent service with no rush in explaining my options.
