Excellent Customer Service. I had problems sorting out a car seat having bought from Halfords on line, in positioning it correctly, staff came out to car, sorted it all out, no problem

i returned a lazer Mountain Bike mipps helmet as it failed after a few months .they exchanged it, and i was riding home wearing the new replacement one within ten mins of arriving at the store...great service and a big shout out to jake at the grantham branch

It is rare that you encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Very good.

I had my car booked in for an exhaust check this morning. Abbie was more than helpful, the overall customer service was brilliant! Speedy work from the staff, very efficient and the staff were very kind. I would happily recommend Halfords Grantham!

I have been using the Grantham Auto Centre for almost 15 years now. In all that time I have always found the team to be extremely helpful, polite and very efficient.

I took my wife's Mini in as the Air conditioning had failed. Initially, due to Covid 19, they were unable to work on Aircon. However, Nick (Manager) said he would let me know when they would be able to work on it. To his word, he called me and said all the safety equipment was available for them to work on the car.

On arrival, I was given full instructions on how to prepare the car, prior to them applying an anti bacteria/viral spray within the vehicle. This process left me with the confidence that both the team working on the car as well as my wife would be fully protected. I was very impressed to hear this was included in the price quoted for the works - some £30 cheaper than the dealership quoted.

They kept me fully appraised at all times, letting me know at what stage the vehicle was at. Initially the vacuum test failed. This would normally indicate a leak, however they fully tested the system with a specialist dye and re-vacuumed the Air conditioning system. This time it passed and was successfully regassed.

Nick suggested that I leave the car over night to ensure there were no leaks. Sound advice.

Both Nick and Alex (the viking) went the extra mile to ensure my wife's car was fully functional. However, this is not unusual for the team. All members of the team have always been extremely helpful and always preferred to go that little bit extra to ensure they complete their work to the very highest standards. Also much cheaper than the dealership (for doing the exact same job).

I unreservedly recommend the Grantham Auto Centre. I entrust them with all my cars including my wife's and daughters. I don't do this lightly. As ever exceptional service from a truly outstanding team.

Both the manager (Nick) and Alex seemed to go the extra mile, however, in my experience, the whole team always do.

A great service from Grantham Halfords. After discovering we had a puncture just before we were due to leave for a long trip back to France, we tried several garages that were extremely unhelpful. The staff were all very accommodating and quick to help with our tyre change. Great price too, a big Merci!.

Outstanding service from Nick who spent a long time assisting me with sourcing tyres to meet my budget. He found me a competitive price. I was so impressed that I booked a major service with Halfords as well. Thank you to Nick and his Co workers for the free tyre check. I rarely fill online feedback forms in but Halfords are the exception and deserve my time.

While waiting for my car to be finished, the Manager Nick chatter to me and was genuine, friendly, honest and kind. He was interested in me and i was in him. We passed 30 minutes in delightful conversation. The car was serviced professionally and, to my great surprise, cleaned inside and out. This is customer service as it should be.

Grantham team completed MOT, interim service and small repairs. Very professional and helpful team, all work was carried out as they'd recommended and in good time. Manager Nick is excellent. Great job, thank you 😊

Had an issue with my daughters car which made the vehicle unsafe for her to use being heavily pregnant, managed to get the vehicle booked in the next day for diagnosis.
Dropped off at 9am the next morning and less than two hours later they found the problem and despite their busy schedule we managed to pick the vehicle back up - fixed - that evening.
Lance and the team were exceptionally friendly, efficient and made me and my daughter feel re-assured it was in the right hands. Thank you so much. 10/10.

Easy to book my convenient slot online, MOT and servicing both carried out promptly and thoroughly. Friendly, courteous service at reception and Scott kept me informed how things were going, so I knew when my car would be ready to collect. Very impressed!!!

MOT done today - was surprised (but pleased as I booked a while ago) that it would still be possible. Excellent customer service and the guys in the workshop and front desk maintaining their sense of humour in difficult times. Definite thumbs up.

Simple online booking service through website...price quoted is price paid...drop off quick and efficient and COVID safe...let’s you know when ready to pick up and items that need attention if you wish them to be carried out or booked in at a later date..pick up easy and work done explained...recommendations listed. All in all a very good job and no pressure to have addition work done unless it’s essential. Very impressed and will use again. Professional, efficient and pleasant staff..

I took my car in for a service and MOT. It needed some work and I was given an honest assessment of requirements and full cost of the works. A payment plan was arranged and the works were completed an hour earlier than scheduled. Excellent job.

MOT completed in a timely fashion. Informed of required repair and this was carried out quickly and efficiently.
The staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
The premises are clean and tidy and are Covid safe and procedures and service from staff carried out in a very safe way.

car had problems and I was able to go online and book a diagnostic check for the following day. Got the results, the part ordered and fixed in a couple of days. Opening at 8am is great for customers and online booking 24/7 paying through paypal too. Just so easy

phoned a few local garages as I had a problem with my car’s gearbox and didn’t feel comfortable driving it. Needed it looking at urgently but availability was a few days. I then contacted Halfords and they were happy to help straight away. Great prompt, friendly,professional service. I would definitely recommend them

I was really pleased with my experience. Took my car for mot and service which car failed as expected. The guys fix my car quickly and I was able to go to work that night. Customer service was exceptional. Car now drive smoothly. Thank you
