Just would like to say I love the Costa store and the staff my experience since we opened the bubble citea in Telford centre has been so amazing and I couldn’t be prouder writing this review about the team.they are so friendly and helpful and always help me out to go above and beyond the service I receive from Junior,Deb Lorna Emily and nadine is honestly exceptional and it’s my number 1 place to visit if I need my coffee which is never a disappointment or any drink they recommend. I cannot speak any higher because they are just fantastic and I think the CEO needs to understand how amazing this team is and know how proud they make the brand. Thanks for welcoming us to Telford and look forward to being friends in the near future for a long time to come 💕

Had the salted caramel latte today. Very nice. Served by young lady with blue stripe in her hair. Very polite and nice. Library next door. The knife angel on display outside at the moment.

The very best staff and the most exceptional customer service and care. We had a really unique and difficult situation which lead us to have a small gathering in costa for a child’s birthday. The staff ( particularly lady with long bob ) was the absolute kindest and most genuine person. We were taken aback at how supportive they were. They are not awear of the difficult morning we had experienced prior to arriving at coast. They made a bad start to the day into a good one. Thank you kindly. It’s hard to put into words but they showed empathy and compassion and clearly care about there costumers. They are an asset to the company

Great coffee. Lovely location. Great view. Highly recommended

Called here on a bank holiday Monday morning for a breakfast snack. All the usual range of Costa products available. Service was fast and the staff were all friendly and cheerful, although they did seem a little stressed as there was just the 2 of them in to serve. Was clean, tidy and covid secure, although some of the customers weren't.
I would call here again recommended.

I enjoy this costa as it tends to be the quietest unless the town park is busy then it can get a bit busy. Food and drink is exactly what you expect from a costa store and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Love sitting and doing my uni work in Costa coffee, weirdly enough I can concentrate and watch the world go by. Staff are wonderful always helpful and chatty. Great place to chill

Telford appears to be one big shopping centre - a disappointment. This Costa is located outside the centre and over looking a small lake. Better than inside the shopping centre.

Great service, was disappointed when I went to the local Starbucks the other day no offer of chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino always offered at Costa, for got my Cherry Bakewell tart but I was able to go back and get it no issues just brilliant Al round

My favourite Costa in Telford. The drinks are made quickly and are nice and hot. Great view of Southwater.

Had coffee today, the staff were very nice didn't have to wait long, nice place to relax, served by Beth and Kim was in always seems more relaxed with Kim in, keep up the good work 👍

Friendly, helpful staff behind transparent screens. A good range of drinks and snacks, including yummy vegan cake!

It's a Costa. Having said that more historic than most. Ideally placed just as you get off the P and R bus. Nice friendly staff ☺

Nice costa with cosy feeling furniture, usually a bit busy but I guess that is just because everyone else likes it too.
