Wonderful service this week by great staff at this branch. Went to buy a laptop and Louis was fantastic. Patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone who wants help. Then paid a second visit about a TV purchased a while ago yesterday and the service team were fabulous and sorted our issues. Great store with wonderful staff.

Love Costa cafe nearby. Currys staff helpful, friendly. Main reason we use Blackpole is so surprise parking fines. Parking free, unlike Solihull

Very helpful staff we were looking to buy a new tv the assistant was so helpful and gave us lots of information about the different TVs

Staff were very polite and very helpful when I purchased a new phone they went above and beyond to help me even though my old phone screen was inoperable and I left the store with a new phone that had everything from my old phone on it thanks to their outstanding customer service

We had a lovely lady helping us called Eileen. She was very helpful and friendly and aided us in choosing the right washing machine and dryer.

Excellent customer service from Alex at the repair station, he was quick and thorough and a real credit to the team.

We visited the Worcester store this evening to buy a 65” tv, microwave and kettle. The young man that helped us called Layton was extremely helpful and polite. There was a problem accessing the account due to me leaving my phone at home so I had to dash back to get it. It was getting close to the store closing but he told us not to worry, he would be at the store til after 7. Fortunately we got back at 6.50, sorted out the account and then Layton and another young man loaded our car. Excellent service. Thanks guys.

We went to buy a printer. Jacob in the Blackpole, Worcester was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience.

As with any currys store it is down to the employee that assists you.
For me the guy was polite and knowledgeable. He was also prepared to listen to us, as we had done some research before going.

Lamarh was so helpful trying to help me find a laptop, he had lots of good knowledge about the products and was super nice!

Went to support my eldest over a laptop issue. The member of staff at the support desk, Lisa, was absolutely brilliant.

It was great. Joey helped me and advise d great. I bought staff from Currys previously but they haven.t offer customer service like Joey did. Joey is the best ever

Went to buy a laptop as the one I received online from another company was rubbish and the customer care was next to nothing. So. I went in and was blown away by Aaron at the Worcester store. He was so honest and knowledgable. He didn’t try and push the expensive stuff. He knew my budget and stuck to it. I had almost lost faith in getting a laptop but Aaron has restored it. Thank you!

Alastair was exceptional today. He immediately offered help when he saw me, took the time to find an appropriate replacement charger for my laptop. He opened several boxes and read the correct electrical outputs, tested it worked on my laptop by plugging it in and then neatly boxed them back up again. He also asked if I needed a Business VAT receipt, which I usually forget to ask. I am very happy with the service.

Bought a new laptop and vacuum cleaner today. Extremely helpful staff. Joey gave advice and help with both items and made sure we got the best deal. Excellent.

Went in for a tv sound-bar and was served by Elliott and we spent around an hour him going through all the different sound-bars I could have. We went through all the demos and he went into so much detail. He was absolutely brilliant. I thank him for his time as now I have made the perfect choice for my tv gaming set up.
