By accident I found this electrical appliance shop. Without question a truly wonderful experience and I will certainly contact them again should I require a service of this nature.
Prices were very reasonable and the fitting of a new intergrated fridge freezer was excellent. Couldn’t believe the personal and professional way this shop were ready to help and assist with a new purchase.

First class service from Clocktower - Spoke to Tom who gave expert advice and support, collected new Bosch washing machine same day. This level of help and advice you dont get from the big stores, plus the prices are very competitive for quality brand items.

Always end up getting my appliances here. Staff helpful and pleasant. Did look on line first, delivery 17 days. Took myself off to Clocktower and got it next day!

Went in for a lightweight hoover. And came out with a lightweight ho er.

Very efficient service. Speedy delivery of new washing machine, which was fitted, tested and old one removed - all in around 20 minutes !! Impressive local service, we buy all of our white goods from Clocktower.

A great example of why you should shop local. I bought a dual fuel cooker for my daughter from Clocktower. I ordered over the phone and I got good advice and a competitive price. As the house had no cooking facilities Clocktower arranged for very quick delivery and installation. The installer was excellent and even changed the fitting on the cooker to ensure it fitted flush with the units.

Great place for electric goods good recommendations when not sure what's best.Had bosch hob fitted this morning quick change from gas to electric. Well pleased will use again. Shop locally you get good advice. 👍

Amazing service, rang to order a dryer this morning and was advised via email on the best ones suitable for what I needed with links to different ones to look at. Ordered the dryer at 1pm and it got delivered just after 6pm on the same day! Very efficient and great customer service. Would 100% use again.

Have bought all my major white goods from Clocktower over the last few years and always had very good advice on finding the right make and model for my needs and budget.
Never felt pressured into buying a more expensive item than I wanted unlike big box stores.
Had delivery and installation, from Clocktower on most goods too, all very well organised and on time. No waiting around all day for some random courier to arrive..

After our recent experience with Clocktower we won't be buying our white goods from anywhere else. The service has been superb. Despite us changing our minds twice as to where the Bosch washing machine would be delivered to it was no trouble to the team. The machine was delivered on time by Liam who with his courteous and helpful personality is a credit to the business.

Bought a couple of large appliances from Tom, would highly recommend as his service was amazing. Would definitely use again, the customer service you will receive from Tom and his team you would never get from one of the superstores. He's on the end of the phone to answer any queries or concerns, you don't get that personalised service from the superstores or online. Where possible we should always try and buy locally to support the businesses on our doorstep.

Our washing machine gave up yesterday and we needed a replacement in a hurry. I emailed Clocktower and got a really good deal on a Bosch 8kg machine. We could have had next-day delivery but I opted to collect it myself and so we got a same-day replacement.
I got a quick lesson in using the machine and a had getting it into the car too. Great, friendly service from a locally-owned business.
The machine is lovely too. Really quiet and very clever too!

Clocktower is our automatic "go to" for all electrical goods and appliances. The quality of the items they stock is excellent, the service is first class and the prices are competitive. You also get useful add-ons like delivery and collection if needed. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing business. Or dishwasher broke during lockdown, Tom and his team ensured he delivered the dishwasher the same day. We were up and running again. The dishwasher was very high quality and reasonably priced. An excellent service.
