Starbucks Coffee

Well located off the M6 (junction 44) and A7, well presented, plenty of seating, bright and clean, lots of natural light, with welcoming staff.
This is my first visit to this branch for a Mother's Day cuppa and a snacket today. Plenty of sweet and savoury food choices, ham and cheese Croissants for us, with an Earl Grey tea and a huge bucket of hot chocolate and cream!!!
On-site parking, accessible as all ground level, very clean toilets too!

My favourite place for coffee before work!

Atmosphere is lovely, especially in the mornings and staff are always friendly and fast. Callum was very polite and helpful this morning

Callum is my absolute fave he’s a star! All the staff are amazing and absolutely smash every drink they make for me and my partner. We are regulars and go most days and I couldn’t think anywhere better to buy my coffee ☕ service always with a smile and great banta, I know how hard it is working in hospitality as I work in greggs, but all the staff are diamonds and I couldn’t thank them enough!

Clean store, quick service, and good coffee. Really easy to get to as a quick detour when travelling the M6.

Great drinks made really well, with the drive-thru quick, efficient and hassle free. Sarah, Cara and Magda are all lovely girls with big smiles and always happy to help. Will be back soon!

Come here most days before work and get an iced vanilla latte through the drive through. Usually get a warm welcome from Fran or Sarah but was served by luke last night who had an attitude and made me really uncomfortable and it’s not the first time. Really wish people in hospitality were nicer to paying customers. other than that the service is usually amazing and i’ve never had a wrong drink.

I come to this place every day and have to say it’s my favourite coffee shop in Carlisle! Atmosphere is great and the staff are first class! You know you’re a regular when Callum knows your order!

We were in here for a wee while waiting for our car to be serviced and we were very well looked after by Callum and Mollie.

Service in the coffee shop was shocking. Croissant was just okay as it had been zapped for too long.

Today I had a lovely girl called Sarah serve me today she was absolutely great and provided wonderful service. Really impressed with how friendly and enthusiastic she was she made my day a whole lot better !!

Happy to see Starbucks return to Carlisle. Staff are very friendly and have quick efficient customer service. There is plenty of parking spots available and the drive thru is nice and convenient. The only thing I’ll suggest is the interior of the cafe feels like you’re sat at a bus station, would be nice to see some of the seating sectioned so it’s slightly more private and your not feeling on top of each other. Regardless 10/10 and will be returning.

Great coffees!! Drive thru available if you're in a hurry, plenty of parking or you can use an app to order. Download the app and gain yourself points which gets you a free coffee which is a nice touch too.
Immaculately clean and a nice atmosphere if you want to just pop in for a coffee with a friend, solo or even to do some work. The food there is nice but expensive.

Always love Starbucks but Kingstown always seems to go the extra mile! Love it and love that the staff are always helpful and attentive - it has been a life saver while finishing my Uni degree to be able to work in a fresh, light and bright space
