Trevor and his team were fantastic and efficient helping select and fit laminate wood flooring in our new home.

The team were very knowledgable throughout the whole process, especially when going through all the styles and options in shop. They were also very accommodating of our quick turnaround.

Our fitter Mike was polite and worked very efficiently, keeping the space clean and accessible if needed. We chose Quick Step Toasted Oak - CLM5796 and couldn’t be happier.

Carpet & Flooring Co fitted Moduleo flooring in my dining & living room last week and I am so pleased with the end result! The team offered really sound advice and guidance which helped me make a decision on what type of flooring was most suitable. Special thanks to George for helping me decide what colour I should go for and also the fitters, Mez and Cal, who worked tirelessly to give me a fabulous end result! (They were also really diligent in clearing up as they went along and also at the end of the day).

Trevor delivered an amazing floor for our new kitchen (from Kütchenhaus Farnborough). We went for Karndean & underfloor heating. Ryan & Cal prepared the subfloor, screeded multiple times & fitted the final Kardean to complete the kitchen. The price was excellent & Trevor also helped get us somebody to repair some damaged flooring from a previous flood. The pictures speak for themselves but we will certainly be using these guys for other rooms in the house as it was such a professional job. The floor here is the Van Gough glue down VGW81T. Thanks for a great job 👏

We had Carpet and Flooring Co on Fernhill Road, Farnborough lay new laminate flooring to our Kitchen, Diner, Hallway, carpet on the staircase and landing as well as Karndean LVT to the en-suite and Bathroom. The fitters were polite and tidy, and our floors look amazing, thanks to everybody's hard work. I would definitely recommend them.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Trevor who helped me enormously in my hour of need! I sent a fitter from my carpet shop in South London to fit a carpet which needed an unexpected join and we didn't t have any heat seaming tape on board! Trevor kindly gave us the amount we needed to do the job! Now that's customer service!

Really pleased with the whole experience of purchasing laminate flooring. Would highly recommend this shop as quote was a fair price and everyone I dealt with was really helpful and responsive. Mike the fitter was throughly professional and decent and went out of his way to add finishing touches like making sure the door fitted over the new floor.

We needed to ask Trevor if he could come back out. This was due to our need not due to anything Trevor or team had done wrong.
Again, Trevor was super easy to deal with and Ben, the fitter, not only fixed our issue but spent time giving me some top tips for maintenance beyond what you can read online.

Still highly recommended!

Hi. Posting under my Google account but my real name is Niall Kynoch. Recently Carpet & Flooring removed our old stairs carpet and replaced it with new carpet and underlay as the old one was 8 years old and really worn out. The fitters were very polite very efficient and did a great job. We have used this company for many years, and in fact they also did the living room in June with laminate flooring, and the dining room as well. Always get a great service and a great price from them. I would recommend Carpet & Flooring Co. to anyone.

An amazing Karndean floor and cotton edged stair carpet from Carpets & Flooring and what a great team both in the shop and installation. This isn’t the first time we have used the firm and it won’t be the last. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Trevor.

Had new carpet fitted last Friday. Excellent service from start to completion. The staff in the shop were very helpful, listened to our request and gave good advice and helpful suggestions. We were left to have a good look around the shop and make our own choice. It was a pleasure not to have salesman following behind you trying to make a sale. The fitter made an excellent job of laying the carpet. They moved the heavy furniture and replaced it when the job was complete. All round fantastic job would highly recommend the staff, quality and service 10/10

Trevor and his team has been fantastic. We were having building work carried out in our house, so have to split the carpet fitting in a number of visits. Trevor has been very accommodating and understanding as we have to rearrange the fitting date numerous time due to delays and unforseen issue with the building work.

The service from him and his team was excellent. Price of the carpet was very competitive. Colin and Callum did a great job in fitting the carpets and tidy up afterwards.

We've used Trevor and team over two phases of a house renovation with a number of rooms carpeted and wood flooring installed in our kitchen and front hall. Trevor is highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile (e.g. helping us source alternative products during COVID). We are extremely happy with the service received and quality of product and found all of the fitters to share Trevor's professional and friendly approach.

From start to finish I could not fault the superior service provided to us.
We had seen a very specific brand of carpet that we liked before visiting their store and as soon as we entered Trevor was able to find it for us and ordered some samples to compare to our furniture. We then wanted something contrasting for our stairs and he offered great advice on durability and style. The turn around was very speedy which was surprising because of the back log from lockdown. When they came to fit the carpet the boys couldn't be nicer and even helped move the furniture from room to room as we had limited space in our little cottage. Fabulous service, fabulous quality carpet, could not be happier! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

This is the fourth time I have used Carpet and Flooring. They offer such a great service - moving heavy furniture, taking away old carpets and leaving everywhere so tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly and helpful team. I have always been delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

We have always used Carpets and Flooring Company for any flooring we have needed in our home from carpets to Karndean and this also extends to our family members. They have an extensive choice of flooring and are extremely knowledgeable. They are friendly, respectful and their work is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend to anyone needing flooring for any room.

Excellent service from Trevor and his team over the past months, during our extension/refurbishment.  Competitive pricing, personal attention and lots of advice and recommendations meant that we didn't look elsewhere once we had found them. There was such a large range of all floor types and Trevor was very patient while it took us a long time to agree on each type and colour, and came out several times to ensure the measurements were correct as we added to the list of rooms, and we borrowed various samples for viewing at home. He was also very accommodating to change fitting dates at short notice to work around the vagaries of the some of our other contractors.  All the fitters were efficient, professional and friendly, even moving more furniture than we had hoped, which was much appreciated. We now have lovely new carpets, wood floors and Moduleo vinyl throughout, and will certainly return in the future, and recommend them to others. Thank you very much.
