Prompt, friendly service especially for a busy Starbucks, great range of tasty drinks, dining areas and toilets always clean and tidy.

Great food.
Nice selection of Great coffees and hot chocolate.
Friendly service.
Not in long enough to comment on atmosphere but place was full, and looked like everyone had a great time.

It’s is a Starbucks after all like most we frequent, but yes the service is great, the staff are very, very pleasant and prompt with their service which I realise in todays world it is very difficult to manage, efficient drive thru, toilet areas always clean and nice area to sit in and enjoy your drink snd cake.

Lovely Starbucks in local retail park. Friendly staff and clean with good areas for relaxing and also working.

I used the Drive Thru today and ordered a Flat White and an Oatmilk Latte. I had forgotten my bag when I left the house 🙈 The young lady insisted I take the coffees. It was a genuine mistake and she would've disposed of the coffees. I was genuinely overwhelmed with her understanding and kindness.

Pleasant surprise visit, fairly late in the day, treated very well by staff.
Absolutely nothing to pick fault with.

Cheery lady at the window made sure all our dietary requirements were fulfilled on what seemed like a difficult order

I'm a regular here and it always makes my day! Very friendly staff, they always go above and beyond with recommendations and customer service. Coffee is always great and the cafe is very clean. Cannot recommend it enough! :)

It’s a brand new Starbucks, so extremely clean, smart and nicely laid out to enjoy a coffee, snack etc. in. There’s no shortage of parking and you can also drive through and collect at the window. It’s part of a new retail park, albeit with a separate car park so you have to walk across a road to get to the other shops (Aldi etc).

Nice, clean, new(ish) store. Plenty of space, and helpful staff.

Good coffee, friendly staff and everything you could want from a Starbucks. Can take a bit longer to get a coffee if the drive through is busy and they don't take Starbucks rewards cards for some reason.

Quick service.. was open on Holiday.

It’s a quiet space as where it’s situated on the edge of a town Haddington, and no where near schools but all in all what
Planner decided to build it where it is was not concerned about profits
