Trunch Cafe & Restaurant

Been eating at this cafe for years and have never had a bad meal. Went this morning for a full English breakfast and the lady who served us was really lovely. Food is always good quality and reasonable prices.

Just been in here as a party of 27 after booking earlier that day. Waitresses were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. Food was spot on, no pre orders needed and all came our freshly cooked with no issued. Including starters for some, mains for everyone and desserts for the kids. Thank you!

Fantastic service, very friendly and polite.
Our group had cream teas, a bacon 'bap' and a hot chocolate. The food was absolutely amazing and the hot chocolate was presented very impressively!

I would highly recommend this café and the prices are reasonable too.
We visited at the end of the season but everything was still great about it.

Me and my fiancée came down yesturday and extremely good value for money, very friendly staff, very clean, as for the food, perfectly cooked gammon steak lots of flavor and jucy , the chips are beautifully cooked crispy outside yet fluffy inside too finish off we had a slice of mint aero cheesecake with was amazing, definitely come here again 😋 😀

Called in about 8pm .hubby had mini mixed grill .i had lasagna. Granddaughters had kids pizza . Plenty on plate .children diddnt eat all theres. Came on a dinner plate .quite good portions. Beautifully cooked. Staff polite n friendly

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, whichever you want you can't go wrong. Food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly, polite and easy to get on with. A place I always eat at and would recommend to all.

Absolutely excellent food every time, without fail. The staff are a wonderful team of folk and happy to chat and help wherever they can. The chefs listen and will cook to your preferences. The quality of the food for the prices paid is perfect - every time is a nice experience and something to keep you going for the day ahead. Top notch!

Fantastic food had the seabass and my wife had chic in white wine sauce cooked to perfection, looks like a cafe from the outside but its one of the best places to go for food in the area and serve's drink aswell ,bonus, staff friendly

Just spent a week in Chapel St Leonards and went to Trunch Cafe every morning for Breakfast's and most nights for evening meals. Food was excellent and Staff was very friendly. Only issues was they kept forgetting the extra toast we ordered and giving us Lincolnshire sausage when we ordered Pork Sausages with our Breakfasts but soon as we raised the issue with the staff they quickly rectified the issues... 5 Stars from me and would recommend Trunch Cafe to anyone on holiday in Chapel St Leonards.

Lovely local place to eat when in Chapel St Leonards. Good meal deals. Good choice of delicious food. Can dine in or, take away. They'll sort what ever meal/snack you want, with good customer service. Definitely recommend.

Cracking breakfast! Quick hot n tasty! Had the large veggie breakfast sausages were so good as was everything else. Definitely return when next down.

Great food at a great price. I'm surprised it was so empty! We had the 2 X Lasagne and 2 X Soft drinks and it come to £20 👌

Had a fantastic breakfast at the weekend. Staff are very friendly. Food took awhile, but worth it when it arrived. Toilet is immaculately clean.

Very good food. Good presentation, always busy so shows how good the food is. The waitress who served us twice was the polite, very efficient I didn't catch your name but thanks for being so nice. Makes a difference xxx
