First of all I would like to state, the food is spectacular but the service can be slow sometimes 10-15minutes other times 20-45minutes

Decided to have a small breakfast, inbetween shopping, only later did I realise my breakfast was missing one item. It may not seem much but should not have happened.

The food here isn't overpriced but the quality is questionable. A lot of the food is deep fried, which makes it unpalatable to any right minded individual that doesn't want a coronary. The staff are friendly, but there aren't enough of them a lot of the time. We've visited on at least three occasions recently and they don't have the items we've ordered and paid for on the terminal. Service is slow, unless you use the electronic terminal the queues always seem long. In all, I think we'll avoid the place in future and only use the shop. The proof is in the eating and it's too inconsistent to be worth it.

I hate to say this but it was a terrible experience.
With a 3 and 5 year old we were feeling the pressure of a 40min wait and there wasn’t much right when we eventually did get our food.

-It was luke warm.
-The ‘poached’ egg had been microwaved in a mould so in my eyes NOT a poached egg.
-My partner’s fried egg was rubbery and greasy.
-My daughter’s mash was yellow and disgusting, unsurprisingly she didn’t eat it.
-My bacon was two half pieces so I showed the staff (it was obvious no one wanted to deal with me) and I had some extra pieces added.

The breakfast’s are always so greasy, they’re all cooked in one big vat of oil and sat out under a ‘hot’ plate

Terrible. Would NEVER recommend.

To give this one star is a compliment.

Slow service, no cutlery, tables not cleared at all while in there. Clearly staff haven't been trained.

Food? Poor quality, barely any flavour.

Absolute waste of money.
P.S -
Hot chocolate had no chocolate!!!

Stood waiting at the till for five minutes for service, finally bought two coffees and two cakes, as two of the three self service coffee machines were out of use more waiting in line queeing up to serve myself , cakes were dry and stale but the most concerning part was every unoccupied table was full of dirty dishes and leftover food infact so bad that trays of dirty dishes were piled up on the windowsills and there was no signs of any staff attempting to clear them away ,disgusting, nobody wants to sit amongst that, environmental health could put a shift in at this place.

Hardly even qualifies as a cafe, faulty coffee machines, tables not cleaned, staff wander around in a dream in slovenly ‘uniforms’, cake inedible hot drinks poor. No sign of a manager, that’s the problem

Waited over half an hour for two fish meals. The chips were so undercooked still white in colour...my mushy peas were like concrete ( green and dry.) When I pointed it out to staff they appeared not to care . The staff member rolled their eyes and offered to get me a replacement mushy pea. I declined as not impressed by response or wait time and placed my meal onto trolley with other discarded trays. A couple who ordered before me were getting their order as I was getting ready to leave .I guess there order took longer as they ordered a complicated order -chicken soup. I was offered a free drink due to having to wait soo long. This gesture was meaningless as offer verbally sounded like something she was used to saying all day

Staff were nice and free drinks were offered when food was taking too long but besides that wouldn't eat here again. Took longer than expected to be served food (25mins) and I received meat sausages instead of veggie as asked. So had to wait again for at least another 15mins. Two separate dishes both had an eyelash in them. And when I finally received my meal it didn't have the correct side dish as I'd asked for at the till.

Went for a breakfast on the 8th May and by time the breakfast came out hot drinks were cold and had to eat the breakfast with our hands as there was no cutlery and even after we were told that they would fetch us cutlery we didnt receive any and even after we had finished there was no cutlery at all brought out

Disgraceful place food piled not taken back to kitchen. Staff serving food and wall back to kitchen empty hand. Manager does not give a hoot when we complained. Dont go there.
