Great cafe just off J22 of the M5. Much better than motorway service areas, excellent breakfast and great coffee to boot. It's rightfully very popular so it's a good idea to book. Luckily you can book up to 30 minutes before you get there online,, so it's very easy to do by googling the cafe and going to their website.

What an absolute find.
Went for a stroll around Brent Knoll and my wife spotted it and suggested we call in to Ollie’s afterwards. The place was busy (which speaks volumes). The staff were calm, chilled and helpful. Found us a table even though we hadn’t booked. Expected to wait a while before we were asked to order, but no, service was slick and the food followed soon afterwards. Great quality thick cut bacon, egg yolks still had a run in them and I genuinely couldn’t pick fault in any of it.
Get involved, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

An absolute gem out in the middle of nowhere, worthy of a trip to grab one of the best full english breakfast you can get. Highly recommended for anyone who is willing to travel for good food. Building on the outside is very standard but inside is very modern and very clean.

Driven past loads and always looked really busy. A busy place must be a good place. So, made a reservation and paid a visit. Very impressed, decent grub, great coffee and while super busy, was still able to have a decent conversation with my friend. Advise to make a booking, because place is clearly very popular

Called in unexpectedly and hadn’t booked for a quick lunch.
Greeted with a smile and shown to a spotlessly clean table and given a menu.
Plenty of choice on the menu as well as a children’s menu for our grandson aged 2.
Lovely pot of tea and great food at reasonable prices.
Will definitely visit again. Would love to go for afternoon tea but I think they only open till 3.

Many thanks for great service.

Had lunch at Ollie's Cafe again today before travelling back home after our Christmas break.
As always we really enjoyed our visit …so friendly and welcoming, great menu…with delicious home-cooked food.
We always pop in when we’re visiting the area…well worth it and so convenient for travellers using M5. Will be back next time!
Thanks to all staff.
And see you next year! Enjoy 2024☺

I know Ollie’s is more famous for their sumptuous breakfasts but we both went for a salad.
Me the blackened Cajun chicken and the oh the Goat’s cheese, beetroot and walnut.
One of the few places in the area offering such beautiful dishes.
The goat’s cheese was perfectly cooked with stacks of walnuts if that’s your bag.
Both had half a punnet of sweet, crisp cherry tomatoes.
My Cajun chicken was a pure delight.
Beautifully soft and oozing Cajun spiced oil over the leaves.
Had to ruin the health kick by ordering some chips and yes you guessed it they were fab. A great combination of fat chunky ones and thin crispy ones.
Highly recommended.

Love this place, nice and clean with outdoor seatings. Delicious food, generous helpings, a wide choice, friendly service. Also love the wildlife photography on wall - affordable art of superb quality. A highly recommended alternative to motorway services.

We recently visited for brunch en route from Exeter to Worcester. Perfect pit stop and another great experience. We have stopped off at Ollie's cafe twice now on one of our biker road trips and as a large group have found the staff to be very organised and accommodating. Ollie's cafe have it spot on. From the point of booking, to our invasion on the day, the staff have been friendly, eager to please and impressively on the ball. Delivering great service, high quality, reasonably priced, tasty food in a spotlessly clean and efficient cafe overlooking scenic Brent Knoll, with the added bonus of a really good sized car park. it's a great start to our trips and now a firm favourite to start our little holidays.

Thank you team Oliie's - Keep up the fantastic work and see you soon !

I have visited Ollies a few times. This morning I popped in with my very nervous Romanian rescue dog to grab a quick breakfast on our way home from a stay at Brean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in the corner out of the way.
Thank you so much you are amazing
